“Something dripped on the door of my truck in a parking garage that damaged the paint. I had a warrenty on the ceramic coating from the dealership and they put me in touch with this company. I called and sent an email and I got a response from Ron to set an appointment. The location is right next to a redline metro station sonitnwas okay to leave my truck there since I could use that to get to work. He had my truck for a few hours and I was able to pick it up when I got off. He had an overnight box with a code, so I didn't have to leave work early to get my key. Everything was covered by the warrenty and my truck looked great after! Jon is a cool person who was willing to work with my schedule and provided a great service!”

“Steve Thomas is the Duke of Dents, the Prince of Paint, the Baron of Blending. Usually, in dent repair, the shop will say something like “It won’t be perfect but it will look good from X feet away. If you want perfect, take it to a body shop that will paint the whole panel and pay that price.” When you hear that, head for Steve and his business. I’ve used him for years, recommend him, and he deserves his reputation. He just did a dent removal and paint blend on a 2008 Toyota RX 350 for me. I challenge anyone to find the repairs, even if I tell them where to look. He’s studied his craft for over 20 years, even travelled to learn from the best. And it shows. There is no better choice.”

“In May 2023 had collisions with 2 cars with extensive body damage along one side of each car. Hersons did an excellent job of restoration. Took a while to get parts but likely unavoidable. And initiating communication could have been a little better, but they always responded to my inquiries. But the final results were excellent with the caws looking better than new and in the end thats what really matters.”
“I went to see them regarding my vehicle and they were 5 stars. I went to one in Germantown Maryland. Ask for Jason. Jason is very helpful in providing a time line on when your car will be done and provides a progress report during the repair.”
“They're the only show in the area and they know it. I'm well aware of that subscription they do and I always decline. I don't come here often enough, anyway. I will say this, though. There was one attendant (I didn't get her name) who stayed behind an extra few minutes after all the others had finished with my car. She cleaned the interior and dashboard again to make sure the center console and dashboard was done right. Overall I'm satisfied, but $44 is a bit much for what you get. Still, they're the only place nearby so I will continue to go.”
