A lovely Armenian market. I brought my girlfriend here to pick stuff out and she had such a good time. The deli at the back is great to order from too. They have good tea here and all sorts of middle east brands.

Used to shop here al the time. On 12/23, my daughter spent over $75 which included 3 packs of sesame snack sticks for my father. When my Dad went to bite into a piece, they were hard as a rock! No way he could eat them. We have gotten them several times in the past from Thomas Market in Wheaton and they were never anywhere near this hard. Always very easy to bite like consistency of a cracker. As we live quite a distance from Asadur, I called to explain that they were bad and not edible in fear of my father breaking a tooth. The woman I spoke to (I believe her name was Mida) was beyond rude. She said. "Well what do you expect me to do? These are hard sesame sticks. You should not have bought them." I then told her we obviously wouldn't have purchased them, let alone three packs, if we'd known they would break our teeth! I expected better customer service after spending quite a bit of money with this purchase as well as many times over the years shopping there. She then said, "Bring them back then, but we probably no can do anything for you." Not only was she extremely disrespectful, but could barely understand her. Then she hung up on me. You should not have such rude people working for you. Definitely will never be back to Asadur. Thomas Market will be the only place I shop from now on, and I promise to spread the word around to everyone I know about your rude employees and horrible customer service.

The market is too nice , and the owner is too sweet, they have a lot of distinguishing products with affordable prices, such the grape leave’s, cheese and beer .I liked the wine ? and the olive oils were delicious. When ever I go there with my husband then she always give us samples to try and to taste. It’s nice to have market like that here in MD because it’s too rare to find something like that here in MD .I would love to recommend it .

I shopped here before a trip to the beach with three other families. The owner helped me purchase items that would make a delicious and generous dinner spread for 20. Hummus, baba, dolmas all made in store-- call ahead for tabouli! Also olives from the bar, a few jars of beets and pepper spreads, baklava, bake-able cheese phyllo dough appetizer. Amazing. We ate off the leftovers all week.

Love the gyros and the falafel. The chef in the deli market has been there since 1996. This place is a true gem wish I could give this place 6 stars.

We've been enjoying some of the Mediterranean markets in the area. We had a little trouble finding Asadur's. The address is Randolph Road but it's tucked away in a strip shopping area that includes MoM's market off of Nebel. Asadur is small but has some interesting items. I found artichoke hearts in the freezer case. I've seen them mentioned in many recipes but never have seen them in the store before. Richard couldn't resist the baklava. He also picked up a can of calamari in garlic sauce and one of stuffed grape leaves. Asadur has small selection of wine and beer, which I haven't seen in other markets we've visited. Must note the woman who was sitting at the register and checked us out never said a word to us. Asadur is so close to some larger, well stocked Mediterranean markets, though there's nothing particularly wrong with it, we probably wouldn't go back.

This was my first time coming to this market and I was pleased with the things I found. Their feta and olives are really good and the station was very clean. The young lady working that area was very nice.

Great hummus in the fridge case (I prefer the plain, though I served some of the garlic a few weeks ago and it got rave reviews). Homemade (also in the fridge case) Tzatziki is very fresh and tasty. I usually pick up a piece of the "barrel feta" from the deli counter and they'll happy to give you some brine to keep it in - the packaged white cheeses are also a good choice. They have a wide variety of dried beans - this was one of the few places that had giant white (gigante) beans available in the early days of covid when everyone was sold of out of beans.

Awful customer service. The overweight lady who works there is super rude (I think she may be the owner) but the other employees at the deli are nice. Reading the other reviews, I can see that quite a few people had this experience. Yikes. The review below did it for mee! I will not be returning
