These guys showed up exactly on time. They worked hard, were careful with all items, and didn’t nickel and dime me one bit. When anything can go wrong on moving day, I was glad this crew made things smooth. Major thanks to Efrafin, Aron and Berlyn. They were great!

Moving is always stressful and expensive, especially when moving to a new state. However, our experience with Artisan Movers was by far the best we've had in all of our years of moving. After getting a few quotes, Artisan Movers had the best and most transparent price. All furniture was wrapped and packed securely, and when it arrived to our new home, there was no damage to anything. Berlin and Efrain (who unloaded our belongings) were communicative, punctual, polite and professional. I would recommend Artisan Movers to anyone in the DMV area!

Artisan Movers is FANTASTIC. I've moved quite a few times and can confidently say that Artisan Movers were the best moving group I have ever worked with. This was a complex move, and they made the process easy and seamless. Prior to the move, Artisan provided an accurate quote that was reasonably priced. Artisan also sent frequent reminder e-mails and checked in with me to make sure everything was still on track. The move itself was excellent. There was a team of four movers that loaded up all of the contents of our house into their moving truck. The team meticulously wrapped and packaged everything. Our house was a four story townhouse with narrow stairs, but the team managed to navigate the move effortlessly. The team then transported our contents 7 hours away, and unloaded all contents at two locations (a storage unit and an apartment). I would highly recommend Artisan Movers to anyone looking for a short distance or long distance move!

Moving absolutely sucks and a customer can always find issue with the moving company. This was true of my experience with Artisan Movers. The movers were really professional and very careful with my items. However, the move was not perfect. My review, most importantly, is based on how well the company took care of the issues that arose with my move. The owner, Mark, was awesome and super responsive. I believe that he is truly focused on customer satisfaction and is committed to ensuring that his company meets and exceeds the level of service that was advertised. I would enthusiastically recommend this company.

Great service. Ask for Berlyn, he was our crew leader and was exceptional. Careful, communicative, hard working, punctual. I would recommend 100%. Our other crew was Darwin, Esteban, Dennis and Kevin, I would recommend them all.
At one point 8 hours into our move they had to carry a wide desk in a narrow space, and didn’t even scratch the wall, which was quite a feat in that space.

I have moved several times in my life. Artisan is #1. The crew, led by Elktin, were fast, careful, courteous and took instructions very well. They were also communicative and on time. The perfect move. Hire this company if you are moving. Period.

Artisan Movers packed our 3 bedroom house in Arlington, VA and moved us to West Virginia mid September. They delivered boxes so I could pre-pack, came in below estimate for packing the rest of the house, and made the helpful suggestion to start the move early which really helped. Most of all, they were a pleasure to work with, helpful, friendly as well as professional. I highly recommend them!

Bryan and the crew are professional, friendly, on time, super fast, really nice, and very respectful individuals. Update: Another recent move on 10/27/2023. Had Bryan and the same crew 1 1/2 yrs ago. I was excited to have the same crew members because I knew I was in great hands. Like last time they were fast and this time around helped me pack my belongings. The crew packed and labeled my belongings well with lots of paper making sure things are stable and don’t move around risking any damage. Very respectful, friendly men gave me superior customer service. I can’t see myself choosing another moving crew on my future moves and will definitely recommend them to others without hesitation. Bryan and crew I thank you all so much for your professionalism and hard physical work, you all are appreciated.???

Artesian movers are not only awesome… They are the best of the best! I used them for my first move ever two years ago. Thought it would be a little scary, but it turned out to be a day of fun working with the pleasant movers. More recently, we used artesian movers again and nothing changed. Mark, in the office, was extremely professional and wonderful to work with. Plus, their rates were more reasonable compared to other moving companies I had called for quotes. The actual workers, Berlin, and David, went above & beyond when they could not get the truck up the steep hill to our house. They hand carried each and every item uphill with smiles on their faces, and made it another smooth/fun move. They even set up our beds!!! We cannot speak highly enough about them. In both moves, states apart, nothing came up missing, scratched or broken. This company exceeds excellence.

I got the best estimate cost from them, but I didn't like the contractual wording so I paid a little more and went to Craig VanLines that did an excellent job.
