It was such a pleasure to work with Joyce at the Arhaus location in Bethesda. We just moved into a new home and really needed a large dining table to perfectly compliment the space. We had concerns about the marble material and ensuring the product was received with no damage and Joyce was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We felt very taken care of when making this big purchase. I wanted to take the time here to really note the excellent customer service experience I had here, because that really goes a long way for me and I look forward to building my home with more Arhaus statements going forward.

I visited this store after seeing something through the window that I loved. It was shocking how rude and unprofessional the staff member was! It actually put me off from
purchasing the item and I left the store.
The employee was smacking her gum and didn’t even want to get up from her desk to help me!

This particular location is beautiful, and the store manager, Ryan, is a real gem. He makes shopping for furniture a lovely experience. Ryan assisted my family furnish our new home, had expertise and knowledge and cared about our selections. I highly recommend Ryan at the Bethesda Arhaus

I can't say enough about Joyce Absalon the General Manager at Arhaus. The dining room table we ordered was delayed and delayed and she gave us options to ultimately make us happy with our purchase and Arhaus. She was honest about the delays, gave us great options/alternatives, was patient as we mulled over the choices, and made it clear her goal was to make us happy customers. She turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a positive one. She's the BEST!

My experience with this specific Arhaus team was nothing short of great. I was greeted warmly when I entered with my husband, allowed to browse without any fuss until we asked for help to decide on which pieces we wanted. I did not feel like they judged us based on our clothing or looks. If it matters to anyone, my husband probably wore athletic shorts and t-shirt (it's all he wears lol) and I was just wearing some shorts and t-shirt as well. I will be honest - I did kind of expect them not to take us seriously nor be interested in selling us anything because we certainly didn't really look the best that day. Instead, they were incredibly patient while my indecisiveness raged out of control and I asked for samples upon samples of different fabrics and probably asked similar questions in a million different ways. We walked out after we put in an order for a beautiful modular sofa and a dining bench. We returned about a month later to order a set of dining chairs, where the store manager again displayed the patience of a saint while I sat on different chairs a million times. They were all very professional yet warm, and I saw other customers getting the same kind of attention in the store. I did end up calling the store to get an update on our order and the person who was assisting me was very helpful, polite, and had some of the order on a truck the very next week so we could receive it earlier instead of waiting for the entire order to come in.For Arhaus as a company itself, I would dock a star because of the really long wait times for the furniture itself. We finally got our sofa after 4 months of waiting and we will be getting our chairs soon but still after 4 months of waiting for that too. However, I don't want this to be reflected on the local team at this store because they don't control the manufacturing process. It just important to note if you are shopping at Arhaus that your orders will not arrive very quickly. However, we are very happy with our sofa which came with a white-glove delivery service. The dining bench's leather came a little damaged but I was able to get a price adjustment after speaking to someone. We were able to mitigate most of the damage by applying a leather moisturizer my husband had on hand.Overall, very pleased with our experience with our local Arhaus team. I hope they will be able to provide this level of service to all customers who walk in because it's definitely the final and most important reason why I decided to buy Arhaus!

My fiance and I walked into Arhaus, in Montgomery Mall, with our son in a stroller. We always dress well and carry ourselves respectfully. A worker got up from behind the desk we were walking towards and walked past us without greeting us. No one acknowledged us. I guess they didn't want this money. We were, in the store, talking about the pieces we were interested in.

My Kipton sectional we bought from here is worth every penny. There is no other sectional that even remotely rivals its comfort. Arhaus just makes good stuff. It's why Arhaus is a little more expensive and made in America.

TLDR; Arhaus is a beautiful furniture store. Avoid this location, go to Tysons instead.Beautiful showroom, unprofessional staff. I live only a few miles from this location and have been to this store 3 times and each time staff members seem bothered when you ask them a question as if you should have done your own research online or know exactly what you want. One time specifically I called to ask if they had a certain counter stool on display, and they said they were too busy to check and that I would need to come in and see for myself (this was during a weekday at around 2pm). I offered my number and asked if there was a better time when they weren’t as busy to call me back and they said they wouldn’t be able to keep track and again reiterated that I needed to come in. With how expensive their furniture is, you would think customer service would be better than this.I now drive more than 30 minutes to the Tysons location because they are WAY better. Even when you go into that store on Saturday that is crazy busy, someone is always eager to help and follow up.Hopefully with the upcoming change of location from Bethesda to the mall, Arhaus will think about hiring new or retraining their existing staff.

We purchased a a $10,000 tv console at Arhaus in Bethesda, Maryland. We dealt with a salesman named Ken. Needless to say it was delivered, missing parts, and there are two right sides (common sense would say you need a left and a right). Our living room is filled with a hodge-podge of the order for going on now two months. Now they say we owe an additional $1,400 for the end pieces. Ken placed the order for us and noted everything is included during the sales process. Needless to say, 2 months later, no resolve and no calls back. What ever happened to customer service? We are going to send it back and not deal with Arhaus ever again. When we built our house, 90% of the furnishings came from Arhaus (Tysons store, much better) and Restoration Hardware. We have found a great replacement from RH. Good riddance to Arhaus and Ken and their lack of customer support. yelp's current rating for Arhaus is 2. It should be a zero.

I want to shout out the Arhaus Rockville location. I have always appreciated the furniture and accessories in the store but I have truly appreciated the store personnel, and in particular, the store manager, Ms. Latieca Roberts. She has gone above and beyond to address customer needs and bring resolution to issues that impact the customer experience. I unfortunately had an on-going billing issue, that was in error, with their financial partner, Comenity Bank. I have arrived at the store on several occasions and found Latieca at work on my issues, as well as other customer's issues. Her efforts highlight the value of exceptional customer service/focus, and is appreciated that she prioritizes the customer experience as a critical part of building lasting and value relationships and commitment to the Arhaus brand. Thank you Ms. Roberts.

1) Delivery from hell. Their delivery is a total scam. They call you at 2 pm and say that furniture will be arriving in 45 min. It arrived 5 hours later, and phones of delivery company are NOT picked up, text messages are not responded. It looks like the driver was seriously considering just stealing the furniture. Class action lawsuit may be in order.2) They got duped by RH into selling recycled railroad cars as furniture. Recovering slowly but surely. This was the original review
