“I just got a delivery by Darryl and Julius. the delivery team handled a tricky situation really well! Getting a refrigerator to the fourth floor is no small feat. it went smoothly despite the complications! They were professional, kind and super helpful.
I can’t thank them enough for the great job they did. Getting the old refrigerator out was a big job that Darryl did alone. I have no idea how he did it because others before him walked out on the job. They also helped me cap off the Water line .That really was above and beyond! Helping me cap off the water line is such a thoughtful thing to do, especially since it’s not usually part of the job

“I request an AC repair online on Saturday afternoon and got a call back in 10 minutes. Scheduled for Monday morning. Joe called me at 8am and he was already on his way to my house.”
“I had a fridge inlet valve go out. I called Trible’s up and they had one part left and they were kind of enough to hold it. Price was reasonable too especially compared to online prices. The only cheaper option was an OEM part which could be questionable in a few years.
They even helped me find the right water supply line since ours was polyurethane and kinked up.

“When I picked up my online order, it scanned as the right barcode but was the wrong size. After several minutes of confusion, both managers determined it was a corporate database error, and decided that the only way to ensure the correct size was to order a substitute item - a slight upgrade, which they'd give me for free.
I do appreciate that they proactively prevented me from getting the wrong size again.
However, it took them 45 additional minutes to resolve a quirk with their return process, meaning I stood waiting an hour in total while they called three corporate lines. Given that errors happen, I was pleased with their respectful response. Perhaps they could have brute forced the paperwork, or at least had me go home or browse the store while they sorted their problem out.”
