They sold my Mortgage to PHH Mortgage Services, and then Apex failed to forward the final check I sent them, to the new mortgage company. Apex never answers the phone and doesn't return my calls for the messages I leave. I have to get my real estate agent to contact them for any service.

Ken and the team at Apex Home Loans were amazing to work with. This was my first time buying a home and Ken went above and beyond to make sure I understood and was comfortable every step of the way. He was always easy to reach and patient with my many questions. I appreciated that there were no surprises in the process. I am very happy with the service provided by Apex Home Loans. The process was very smooth and the team communicated with me as the agent the whole entire time . Steve was always available to answer a question and even was able to do a last minute change on the closing date. My client was extremely happy with Steve as he helped him with his FHA loan and was honest and communicative the entire process. I highly recommend Apex Home Loans and will use them as my preferred lender.

Chong made this process so easy for us. We ran into a hiccup and between him and our realtor, they were able to come up with a solution that worked out well (if not better than our original plan!). With the changing of interest rates, he was so patient and made sure to explain what was going on and our best approach.
