I have been using Ameritel Corporation for about 8 years now. For the first 6 years I rented one of their Canon copiers. Two years ago, I purchased a copier from them outright and got their maintenance contract only. The entire time I have received excellent service. The staff respond immediately to my needs and always fix whatever issues I have to my satisfaction. In 2021, I moved from Maryland to Florida. When I let the Ameritel Corporation representative know I would be moving he even arranged for me to transfer my service to Florida. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

I am please to share I had called for service and was amaze that within the same day Ameritel had sent out Carl the technician and was able to diagnosis the issue and report back to have service order the parts. Along with looking at our printer we determine we should add a maintenance contract to keep everything up to date. Carl return fine tune our printer installed the new part and we are VERY happy with the over all service. The office staff was very informative and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My office uses Ameritel to service our Canon copier. They’re great at working with our IT team if we have any issues. And the techs they send out are always knowledgeable and professional. I always appreciate their efficiency!
