Update: 6 days after I got my full set, no lashes remain. All the lashes on my left eye completely fell out first, so then I had to start removing the right side lashes because I looked ridiculous. Those were too easy to remove. Except for two single lashes in the inner corner and middle of my eyelid, which was annoying bc I didn't have time to sit there, but later in the day they eventually came off. The reaction on left eye was much less than my right eye. I think there was less product put on my left eye, which is why the lashes fell out first and the reaction wasn't as harsh. My eyelids are not itchy anymore though, but still dry and scaly. The left is nearly back to normal. I highly regret going back. Biggest waste of money.

I was looking for a lash place closer to my home and decided to try the Amazing Lash Studio on Norbeck Rd. I am quite happy with them. The staff is friendly, the technicians are knowledgeable and proficient, and the treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. The only negative I have is that they seem to have a high turnover in technicians.

I had the best experience! Super great customer service from beginning to end starting with the phone call confirming my appointment and my welcome upon arrival. It was my first time getting lash extensions and my stylist Nia was meticulous and thoughtful. She took extra time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. AND I left with fabulous lashes! 100% recommend!

I wanted to like Amazing Lash Studio at Rio. I went there five times total and even bought a monthly membership. However, the first technician I had was on her phone the whole time and left me with clumpy, cement hard lashes that needed to be completely removed. Also, my lashes never lasted more than 10 days. I then tried a more expensive "master" technician who took three hours to put new lash extensions on and ended up burning my corneas from the adhesive she used. And eyelashes were falling out on my cheeks before I even left the room. The next day I ended up at urgent care, getting on prescriptions, and in a lot of pain and discomfort. Plus my eyes look horrible. All I received from the manager was they would cancel my future appointment and maybe I should try a lash lift instead." No offer of refunding the lash service or a future service. Make sure when you sign the forms you're prepared to have serious damage done to your eyes with no responsibility from the studio. I will never step foot in this place again. When you're going to an establishment to obtain a professional service from "knowledgeable" people, you expect not to leave worse than you were when you arrived in more ways than one. Especially when you're spending hundreds of dollars.

I was so excited to get my first last lift with them and arranged my whole day around my 1 pm appointment. (Paid for childcare and moved appointments around) got a call an hour and a half before to cancel my appointment. With such a rigid cancellation policy and taking my card information I was surprised that they would be so unprofessional. Bummed.

I didn’t want to give this place a lower rating but the experience and overall results were not great. My lash artist was friendly and sweet, but I requested a more natural/ conservative look due to my occupation, I received longer lashes than I wanted but they did look stunning. The rooms were cold and the pillows are so hard they start to hurt the back of your head during application. Sadly, my lashes were were already falling off within the week.Service: Eyelash extensions

This location is wonderful! Staff is nice, studio is clean, and service is prompt. I never had gotten lash extensions before this. My lash specialist took time to educate me on options, helped me pick the best set for me, and did an excellent job. Would definitely return!Service: Eyelash extensions

First time getting lash extensions and I am hooked!! I was nervous that my lashes would look unnatural, but I get so many compliments and people asking me if my lashes are natural. Phenomenal lashes and customer service!! I can't wait to go back for a fill!!

This is long overdue. I've been coming here close to when this location first opened. I came because my regular lash technician couldn't reschedule me for an event I had coming up. I was nervous at first because they had so many openings and lash technicians available - You'd think it'd be fully booked. I gave it a shot anyways. Your first visit is $99, if you want basic lashes. They start to add charges based on how full and dramatic you want your lashes, which is totally normal regardless of where you go. My lash technician, Basma, was amazing! She's so great that I see her every 2 weeks since my first visit. She maps my lashes out perfectly and she's even played around with colored lashes, at my request. I don't know how many times she's listened to my wants and needs and puts up with how picky I am. I'm sure all the other lash technicians are great, but if it's your first time, try to request Basma!If you're hesitant about a lash chain, I recommend giving it a try! You just need to let your lash technician know what you want. They have different lashes, different glues, and even offer waxing options! All the employees are extremely nice and they don't try to upsell you on anything. You'll leave with the products you truly need and the membership package that's right for you.
