SOLD in under a week!When we needed a realtor, a good friend recommended Alex Saenger and we are so glad he did. Alex met with us to walk the house and help identify areas of improvement, for the best price and fastest sale. He provided a vendor listing that we could feel comfortable contacting but did not pressure us to make any changes nor use the companies he recommended. Alex and his team were FABULOUS to work with when my family decided to finally sell our parents’ home of 30+ years. His patience with us in working through the declutter and renovation process was so appreciated by me since I live away from them and couldn’t be there for everything.
