This is my second review for Aladdin, and my third time working with them. As with the previous two purchases, we are very happy with everything about the experience, from the initial visit and sample review through the installation this morning. Majid Zemani and his team are great to work with - super helpful and professional - and the installers do excellent work. Today, we just had carpet replaced in one room. The installers arrived five minutes early, and they were finished in just over an hour - including cleaning up the area (they left it spotless). I recommend them very highly, and will be happy to work with them on future projects.
This is my review from December 2018:
Excellent service, from the first visit through installation. Majid was very helpful and patient, and didn't pressure us when we told him that we were looking at competitive bids. When we weren't impressed with a competitor's estimate and asked Majid to come back and show us additional samples, he was just as patient as the first time, and never made us feel that we were inconveniencing him. He wrote everything down for me, and explained everything very clearly.
On the day of our installation, a problem with the floor underneath the old carpet (no fault of Aladdin's) made it impossible for them to finish the install that day. It was December 11, and the next available installation date was after Christmas. When I explained that I was hosting Christmas and needed the job done before the holiday, Angela stayed late at work making calls and rearranging the schedule so that they could fit us in on December 19. I'm very grateful for this above-and-beyond service. The installers were excellent, too--very professional and very neat and clean. We are super happy with the end result. I would happily recommend Aladdin/Costco.

Mr. Majid Zamani is knowledgeable regarding the carpet that was needed in our home due to the fact that a wheelchair, walker and chairlift are used on a daily basis. The installers from Aladdin Carpet and Floors arrived at 8:45am and worked through until the work was completed between 4:30 and 5:00pm. We are very satisfied with the carpet that was installed in all the bedrooms hallways and the stairs that contained the chairlift. Costco provided a very good shop card summer promotion for future purchases at Costco when using my Costco card.

Aladdin in Rockville Md was the second carpet store I visited and I was impressed with the selection of price, quality and colors/styles they offered. There were so many choices it made my decision hard. But David was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I’m a very inquisitive person, taking my time to choose just the right carpet and David was very patient with me as I took samples home to decide. We chose St Croix French Pewter. David was very flexible with the install date as we needed to hold off awhile on the delivery due to personal needs. Final delivery and install was yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased with the carpet and install. We walk barefoot on the carpet and it’s like heaven!! Happy to share photos and would definitely recommend to friends and buy my next carpet here!!

We had our carpets replaced in a home we are moving into this week. Majid Zamani was very professional and did a great job explaining everything from beginning to end.
We needed carpets replaced in three bedrooms and his team did a fantastic job. They even did it on a Sunday! Their service was amazing and personnel friendly. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks you guys for making our rooms look lovely and livable! Cheers!

I have been a repeat customer with Aladdin Carpet & Floors for the last three decades. They initially installed carpeting and Armstrong flooring throughout my three story home. Later, they replaced those floors with hardwood and Villeroy & Boch tile. Most recently, I attended one of their bathroom remodel seminars. I worked with Tara, their designer, and Nader, the project manager, to completely remodel my master bathroom and my guest bathroom. Tara and Nader were both professional and detail oriented. I am thrilled with the completed projects and I would highly recommend working with them. It was a pleasure doing business with Aladdin Carpet & Floors.

So pleased at our experience getting carpeting installed, from the samples brought to us by Mr.Majid Zamani who thoroughly explained the entire process from selecting our carpet to setting up the installation. The duo of installers were so professional and precise in moving our furniture, removing the old carpet and padding then cleaning the flooring before installing the new padding and carpet! We plan on having them back to do other areas in our home for sure next year!

We had the best experience getting our floors selected and installed. Majid Z helped patiently guide us through the process as first-time floor buyers. Then, his coordination with the installers was excellent as well. Everyone showed up as expected and on time, and did an excellent and efficient job putting our floors in. We are really thrilled. These guys are the best! the quality and attention to detail was impeccable. Majid came to measure and select finishes with me. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful with the material and color selection and had great ideas. The crew who came to install was very impressive. They were very careful with my furniture and my walls.
