I had a great experience when I went there for my PET scan. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. Anna and Brianna. The tech Luis was the best. You can’t find a better tech than him.

I've used this place for years; they're very efficient. Dr Soto is an excellent radiologist and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. The staff is also equally efficient.

My review is based on the excellent experience I had with the tech Jocelyn. She went above and beyond with my teen. She made her feel so comfortable. I asked for a CD of her images because I needed to take her to the ER. She asked the doc if the report can be ready today. She made it happen and we were able to have her pediatrician read everything same day. Thank you for your amazing service.

Super frustrating. The professional staff at this facility (techs, front desk people, etc.) are really kind and thorough. HOWEVER, their billing and scheduling departments are not. After being overcharged for a co-payment, I was at first dismissed by a billing office individual then immediately called back when she realized her mistake.Great. Got bounced over to another individual who I believe is trying her best to get my refund processed but there is a lack of coordination between departments. No clear processes/procedures. No one has anyone else's number. I understand their offices are working hybrid (remote/onsite) but it's been 3 years now since the pandemic. There should be clear processes for these situations, and direct lines of contact.Shout out to Maria in billing and the techs/staff at the Bethesda location for being awesome. The rest of the organization needs to get themselves together.

Everyone there was very pleasant and cheerful from Anna at the front desk to Renex the MR Tech. Renex was the best MRI Tech I've ever had. He told me what to expect and all the little details of what was happening and when. I really appreciated his kind informative attitude. He also had a cute sense of humor. Thank you Anna and Renex!

The staff was very friendly, efficient, helpful, polite, and quick. I was early and they were able to take me in and get me out in no time at all. This was a very pleasant experiance.

Drove close to an hour after school because they were listed as 24 hours. Got there at 5:07 and the door was locked. Knocked on the door because I could hear someone at the desk (there was no sign saying they were closed). Called the number when no one came and was told they closed "sometime between 430 and 5." Explained my frustration because I just drove 50 minutes due to them being listed as 24 hours and was told "sometimes Google is inaccurate." Extremely frustrating!

I just wanted to leave a note that the technician Renex Oxford has been very professional and caring , when performing my MRI of the shoulders.I will also like to mention, that the technician Mike from the Shady Grove office was equally professional and caring.I hope the office manager Crystal is aware of the high quality and exceptional kindness of the two individuals above.

Horrible, jus absolutely Horrible. Just skip the drama. The scheduling department is SO SO unprofessional, never had such an experience before. The first time they schedule a mammogram was on Thursday when they do not do a mammogram exam at all. They confirmed it twice once by phone and once by message. We arrived and guess what- they do not have mammograms on Thursday. We have to reschedule, we asked sometimes in December, and confirmed by phone with a rep, she confirmed the day in December and scheduled the same day but in November. When we talked with the Manager, she was absolutely unpleasant, was not ready to fix the problem and I would say she was rude. The better business bureau has to investigate this business. Horrible customer service.

My mammogram went very smoothly yesterday. I didn't have a long wait in the reception room, and Carrie did a fabulous job performing the task. She was swift, profession, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, and I will be happy to return next year. TY

Really high quality of service, friendly, helpful staff, and great location. They validate parking, too, which is nice. Special call outs to Alexis and Moe at the front desk and Luis, who did my scan. Superb!

I'm receiving a mistaken bill. I've contacted FIVE times and received NO response from ANYONE. Not from email, voicemail or website form. I'll remove this review when someone contacts me, and handles this. ---- Update in response to Adventist's reply. -I already emailed THAT email THREE times! Why would I email it again? This appears to be an auto reply that isn't about responding realistically to Yelp reviews.

Had to get an Ultrasound at AHC imaging . Deb the sonographer was the most professional and friendly. She made fell totally at ease. Anna at the front desk made check in super easy and pleasant. Great team at 9711 Medical Center Drive.
