I bought a car from them 15 years ago. Like someone else stated, pretty cars with engine problems. I had the car 10 days & the check engine light appeared. I took it to our mechanic we’ve trusted & used for years. He said the engine was shot & realistically, actually had 147k on it; not 47k. He told me I should get rid of it ASAP or I’d have nothing but issues for the duration of my ownership.I called them, explained the situation & they gave me a different car to replace my dream car I originally wanted; a 2001 Honda Prelude. In walks a Mitsubishi Eclipse. What was wrong with this one?It wouldn’t start TWICE on me. It was also given to me with a headlight out. My mechanic looked at this one too & said most of the bottom of the car was rusted. I told them I wanted a full refund. They said no. I got an attorney involved & I got all of my money back.Buyer Beware! I’m shocked by all the positive reviews! Go in with your eyes WIDE open! Don’t be an unlucky one like I was!

Owner, Ron, came off as a nice gentleman even though I was with my mom to buy a car for her, he wouldn't speak much to her but more so directed his questions towards me. I would still say he is a nice gentleman but became super defensive and escalated the conversations after the gauge cluster stopped working a couple of days after purchasing the car. I don't believe he was being malicious, it just seemed like an extreme coincidence that the gauge was working the day we brought the car and a few days later it no longer worked. Took the car in to get a multi-point inspection and there were numerous maintenance issues that totaled $1k, one being the front rotors were bad and I was okay with that, after all it's a used vehicle but the $1200 gauge cluster needing to be replaced and programmed was something I needed to get in touch with him about. He replied to my email and returned my call, initially he seemed interested to assist with getting it fixed, one day later he refuses to help at all. Not seeing the dealership or the owner are terrible just the coincidence of things going wrong a couple days after buying the vehicle.Lastly, and to Pavel Z. point the owner did say he did not want to sale me the car because we were paying majority of it in cash and he wasn't going to make any money off of me but because the vehicle was for my mother and she was right there with me that he would do it as a favor.

I bright 2 cars from A 1 importa 2014 4 Runner and 2016 Honda Accord for my wife...Reza my salesperson help me wih good rate financing and work hardy to find good insurance company for me...i Will recomend A 1 importes to my frindes and I Will go back when i need a good usd car

We bought two cars from A1 Imports this year, an Acura TSX and a Toyota Rav 4. They were both great cars and were in perfect condition despite being a few years old. Reza was polite, helpful and fair with pricing (including financing). He is always available to answer questions about the cars, and has even done minor body work, checked low tires for leaks, and detailed the Acura as a courtesy.
