Was referred to go here for work on my vehicle! I figured with a long history from this customer that referred me I would be taken care of! So I figured I would give it a try! Normally I would have just called Jamie’s Automotive in Rockville (which has great rates and service). I had already broken most of the bolts loose the day before thinking I was going to have time to do the job. All that were left were the 3 on the control arm. I was charge 4 hrs hrs of labor (2 hrs 2 technicians) @ $160 per hr. There’s no way this was a 2 person job the whole time in such a tight area! I could have done this job myself in 2 hours as I have done it before! Figured I would be leaving in the $200-300 range. But instead I got had by the shop who pulled the truck in at 9:06am and didn’t start taking things apart till 9:56am. That’s almost a whole hour of not hearing the impact wrenches and hammers needed for this job. Not sure where the 2 hours 2 guys came from… I did the whole other side quicker myself. If I would have been quoted $640 I would have said no way! The only good part is there was next day availability! Won’t be going back!

We’ve been using A Plus for about 10 years… they are the most honest repair shop I’ve ever encountered, do excellent work, and pricing is more than fair. Their shop is about 20 min from our home - I would drive twice that distance to take advantage of their service.Thank you, A Plus for being the kind of business you are. Customer for life.

so my husband locked the keys in the car and we was out deer hunting it was probly 6 in the morning he called here and they answered the phone right away and was right out here to get the vehicle unlocked!! highly recommend!!

Honest, reliable, fairly-priced, and helpful auto repair shop. It's in a strip of auto shops so make sure you find APlus at the end. Really appreciate Mo helping me out. I was in suburban Maryland on a business trip and unexpectedly I started to hear a grinding sound from my rear brakes. I had been to a dealer about a month earlier and in their multipoint inspection they flagged that the rear brakes had 3-6 months on the brake pads - well that was an overestimate and here I was traveling! A local colleague said that he had the perfect shop to address whatever it was and he did! I called Mo first thing in the morning to describe the issue. He said bring it over. I took an Uber to the office and about an hour later he called to tell me what it was and give me options. He replaced the pads and rotors by about 2:30 pm and everything sounds and looks good. Thanks again Mo!
