I don't usually go down this road, but I have to get this off my chest. I'm sharing a snapshot of what might just be the worst employee I've ever crossed paths with. This guy was beyond unprofessional and seemed dead set on doing as little as possible to help anyone.I was just trying to get him to assist with a request, something other employees had assured me wouldn't be a problem earlier that day ( and its very simple request). But this guy flat-out refused to listen or do his job. The more I tried to reason with him, the crazier he got. He started yelling, laughing at me—just being a total nutcase. So, I whipped out my phone and started recording ( to send this to management or Seven 11's customer support). And He went as far as taking off his name badge when he realized I was documenting his unprofessional behavior. He was practically screaming to drown out my voice. It was a whole circus. And this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with this guy. He's gone as far as running away to the back of the store and peeking out repeatedly to see if I'm gone. This was just for asking for something as simple as getting out more hot food, despite everything being burnt to a crisp or not available at all.The guy clearly just doesn't want to work and wants to do the absolute bare minimum. If anyone asks him for anything, he'll avoid them like the plague and get more and more unhinged to get them to go away. It's the most bizarre thing I've ever seen from an employee. Frankly, if he despises his job that much, maybe he should consider finding something else. Customers shouldn't have to deal with his drama. So yeah, this guy is the epitome of unprofessionalism. While there was another employee there who also didn't want to help or do much (I think it's the culture in this store), at least he wasn't as unhinged. This whole ordeal has put me off ever coming back to that 7-Eleven. I used to spend money there all the time, but not anymore as long as this guy's around. Plus, I've heard from another 7-Eleven pretty close by that this store has a bad reputation among other customers. I wouldn't be surprised if it's mainly due to this guy. Either way, they seriously need to do something about him before they lose any more customers.

Love this 7eleven, but the dude who works overnight will keep the door locked, I can't tell you how many times I've waited outside for 10-15 minutes knocking and waiving before he finally notices. Sometimes he will just pretend to not see me. Luckily there's 2 other 7eleven in the area who keep their doors open

I just came to the store. The guy who's working had a very rude behavior. He even didn't answer my very polite question. Poor customer service, I would not recommend it for anyone.

Everytime I stop by here after 11pm the guy locks the door and goes to the back and you have to wait and continually knock to be let in. I'm just going to stop coming here.

If it were possible to give zero or negative stars, I would not hesitate to do so. I have been doing business with 7-11 for over 30 years. They were great for a lot of late nights at work. The baked goods were outstanding. This particular location, the telephone operators at corporate, and the system of taking and resolving complaints are a malignant cancer to the organism that used to be a thriving and healthy brand.Through its actions, the franchisee punishes disabled customers. Corporate chooses not to intervene. Corporate will say they cannot, but they can. The issue is that corporate will not. It is corporate's brand. The site staff is very rude. The general manager cut off my complaint through 7-11's process. I had to ask that my complaint be re-opened. The complaint process should not allow someone to cut off a complaint against themselves. The fact that the process allows for that is cause for concern.I heard from a lady from corporate today named Janey. While pleasant, and empathetic, Janey said she could not make the franchisee do anything.I am disabled. There are frequently but not always trash bags over the chairs. One employee told me: "We don't need people sitting down."Before my disabling accident, when I was at work it was not about what I needed; it was about what my boss's clients needed. One employee at the franchise said it was due to Covid restrictions. I do not have that employee's name, but if someone denies that a franchisee employee told me that the denying person is not being truthful. Another two employees from corporate said it was due to the homeless coming in and not leaving. So call the police. To be fair there are times that the bags do not cover the chairs because the staff is not concerned about the homeless. This is a very good neighborhood. We should not have these problems.7-11's strength is their hours.I wanted to sit and eat my hot dog. I need my other hand for my cane. Someone from corporate said the franchisee would not make an exception for me because then they would have to do that for everyone. That is the point of an accommodation for someone with a disability. You do not do it for everyone. One of many call center operators I spoke to, spoke too quickly to me. I asked him to slow down several times and he said to stop interrupting him. I said: "I can't understand you." He told me if I yelled at him again he was goo g to hang up. I never yelled at anyone.I complained about him and nobody did anything. I complained about him again when Janey from corporate called today.Janey said someone would look into it. They cleared all my complaints, sending me a nasty email. The way I had to re-open my complaint when the franchisee cleared it.This 7-11 used to have a bathroomavailable for customers but they do not do that anymore either. The only reason I may not take my business elsewhere is because I cannot due to distance. Do not reward their rudeness with your business.I hope 7-11 will get their act together and value customers with disabilities.

I lost a personal item and stopped by this store to see if anyone found the item. Both the clerk and Manager was so helpful. They went the extra mile in assisting me in trying to locate what I lost. I never found the item, but it was their kindness in willing to assist me in locating the lost item. Most places would have responded no, and went about their business. They offered their assistance in helping me to locate what I lost. Thank you! Virgie
