I used to think this store was a great 7Eleven.. The fact that the morning and afternoon shifts don’t try to scam you out of change is already a blessing to me. Let me start by saying that I purchased an IPhone cable at another 7Eleven the other day not knowing that my brother had purchased the same cable just a min before while waiting for me finish talking on the phone outside. We only figured it out once we were far away from the parking lot. I kept the receipt and the cable intact. On the following day I went to this 7Eleven which is close to my home to return the cable. There is a policy that I was not aware of, which is you can only return items purchased at that particular store. But the way the cashier spoke to me was so very rude. He basically insinuated that I could have shoplifted the cable elsewhere and only brought it to another store to return for cash. He never mentioned the returning policy. A manager did. I called him on that and reminded him that I had the receipt and he was being rude for no reason. I also told him not to make this assumption about me again as I was a neighbor and constantly shopped there. He then logged out of his register, walked around the counter and started screaming on my face like a mad dog. lol

If you want to get harassed outside the store (or mugged like my neighbor was) and then scammed inside the store, this place is for you. I think their credit card machines have skimmers because myself and my fiance both got alerts from our two different banks after purchasing here. They once told me the debit machine wasn't working right and had me swipe and put in my pin over and over. I was charged 3 times.

Scammer Alert!!!!!Just left the store after paying with a debit card.A few minutes later Citibank called me and told me my debit card was compromised.Don't ever use debit cards in this location it's compromised.They must have card skimmer

The workers at this store are all scammers after I saw my total ringing up 3$ they tried to charge me 7$ and are not honoring the prices they have listed. Don't go to this store. They are all scammers!

Not a single person who works here wears a mask. When I asked if they could please put one on they laughed and said they never wear masks. One female employee was coughing, unmasked, by the hot food. Please do not patronize a business that is helping spread Covid.

I almost gave this a five star as I walked in all their food on the baked food grills in front look burnt so I asked the guy if he can make me fresh grilled chicken the honey barbecue ones He was very polite and said for sure so I waited about six minutes and honestly that was the mistake I should've looked in the bag as he gave me meatballs and not chicken there was no Chicken at all but what look like mixed pre frozen w/ old meatballs Honestly make sure you watch what they do just to make sure at least you get the right order I'm very disappointed the employee didn't even know what I meant when I said chicken strips never again

So I have been coming to this 7-Eleven for almost 20 years and I have never really had a huge issue. They are usually the best 7-Eleven in the area however, tonight was a little bit different. I came in at about 2:30 AM and there was only one person working. Veronica. She is a new employee and a very pleasant person. I asked her to make me some fresh Hot food. Taquitos and beef patties. She was very accommodating and without hesitation, she attempted to make them for me but, like I said she is a new employee and wasn’t exactly sure on the cook time. The stuff that she started cooking just so happen to burn a little bit and she apologized and asked if I would like her to remake it. I said yes and she was about to start cooking again when I asked her if she was the only person working. She told me yes however, a more senior employee was supposed to be there at midnight to train her but, he had not shown at his scheduled time.. She felt very bad and I told her not to worry about it because it is not her fault. Her coworker should’ve been there to assist her when he was scheduled to. Just so happens that the coworker was sitting outside in his car in the parking lot. I went out and told him that she was waiting for him and needed help. He finally came in and made the food (which was under cooked this time but I digress). I don’t understand why he was so late and took his time to come inside because he had been sitting in the car since I had got there 20 minutes prior. Long story short, Veronica is awesome and too good to work there. I feel very bad that she has to deal with that. She is such a nice person with great customer service skills and deserves better. I feel very bad that she has to deal with that as she is very eager to learn but is not provided with the tools and help to make her succeed. The other employee is a j*** for putting her in that situation. I am sure one day she will own her own 7-Eleven franchises because she values her customers and takes pride in her work. I wish her the best and I hope that other employee gets his act together. That is just not fair. On top of it, I asked her why she works at 7-Eleven and she said that she has her children to provide for and that is the most important thing in her life. VERONICA, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND THE PRIDE YOU TAKE IN YOUR JOB. YOU DESERVE SO MUCH BETTER AND I THINK YOUR POTENTIAL IS UNDER UTILIZED. I WISH YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN THE BEST. I KNOW THAT WHEN THEY ARE OLD ENOUGH, THEY WILL UNDERSTAND AND BE SO GRATEFUL FOR SUCH AN AWESOME MOTHER.

Worst place ever. I visited this store on July 22, 2021 around 8:00 pm. The cashier saw me standing at the register and rolled his eyes at me. He was very rude and had a nasty attitude. Even though it is close to my home, I will NEVER shop here again
