have gone here for years... it has never been as bad as it has been this month! they will push you around, they will yell at you, they will insult you with profanity and accuse you of stealing even though theyve charged me extra multiple timea and have never paid me back no matter how much I demand... and on top of that, they got rid of mobile checkout, which let you skip the line whenever there is a crowd. removed probably because it had discounts that the normal register is supposed to have but doesn't because they use their own 7rewards account and don't let you use your own!!-tiny, dirty store where you have to stay in line for 15 minutes full of teenagers-aggressive employees who curse at you-ripping you off by not accepting 7rewards and adding on items that you have not boughtThis franchise should be closed for good! I've even heard that their slurpee machines are never cleaned to save on costs!!!

After a couple years away and a complaint to/response from corporate, I thought I'd give this place another try. They continue to disappoint by being rude, ignoring you, pretending they don't speak English, and stealing AFTER they swipe your card. If you HAVE TO come here, use your credit card so you can reclaim what they steal from you. Don't bother calling the 800 number after you get fleeced because nobody cares. You're better off going one block up the road to Mobil.Don't ask me for further details, 7 Eleven corpos. You had the opportunity to improve for years and it's only gotten worse since the last time I came. Don't be sorry; be better.

Never in my life have I’ve been accused of stealing and I never do steal. The lady manager/stuff accused me of stealing with zero evidence and had no respect for me as a customer. The guy manager is chill though so shoutout to him (I now made a vowel to never come back to this 7-11 this is personal)

Came here to get my four children slurpees, which were advertised as .99. We got four and used the cups from directly under the machine. When we got to the counter the owner said we used the wrong cups and charged me $8 for 4 slurpees. When I complained he pretended he didn’t understand English and wasn’t sure what I was saying. I had my children so we left but I will never go here again-very sketchy business practices.

I came with my friends to buy a pizza and the Philippine lady at the cash desk started yelling at us and kicking us out, being racist and disrespectful. Her husband started threatening me to go outside to fight since I asked to speak to his manager, terrible service

STOP COMING HERE. THE EMPLOYEES WILL ACCUSE YOU OF STEALING. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. I WASN'T GOING TO SAY ANYTHING BUT ONE NIGHT A WOMAN WAS PASSED OUT IN HER CAR AT THE STOP SIGN INTERSECTION BEHIND THE CVS AND THEY ASK ME TO CALL 911 FOR HER HELP AFTER SHE HAD BEEN THERE FOR 45 MINUTES!!!!!! THAT PESON COULD OF BEEN DEAD. BUT THEIR RESPONSE WAS "IF ITS NOT IN THE STORE NOT THEIR PROBLEM".
