Manager Alam charging 2.10$ for coffee refill. Everywhere in MD its 1.89$. Plus she is rude, the way she talks with you its like “get lost, you arebothering big boss here”. And she will do her best to ignore you. It’s after she run away and play hide-and-seek with you because she see you, she see you have a question but she just hiding somewhere ?♂️Skip that place if possible.

Great location. The place is clean and the lady that works every morning is nice. The cashier machine is so old you have to wait an extra minute or two to read everything. About you upgrading the card reader. It must be places when the place opened first.

Worst customer service. I asked for a lid to cover the medium slurpee. The cashier shouted "You see the line." I asked where can I get the lid. He just ignored me

My gosh. I'm sure there are worse 7-Elevens out there, but this location is by far the worst 7-Eleven I have The misfortune of visiting regularly, simply because it is close to my house. EVERY time I come by something is broken. Usually it's one of the coffee machines, sometimes one type of espresso beans is out or the machine isn't dispensing skim milk. Today, when I ordered a mocha from the espresso machine, dirty water came out instead of chocolate. I usually use mobile checkout, and the mobile checkout machine was broken. It turns out that somebody had unplugged it! The cashier was there dealing with a long line and didn't really care, so what should have been a quick in-and-out operation turned into a 10-minute ordeal because I had to join the tail of the line. Zero ownership of the quality of the store experience. I literally will get in my car and drive a mile and a half to a different 7-Eleven then walk to this one because it's never working properly.

Well as a customer of 7-Eleven Baltimore rd. Rockville, md.. all staff are friendly even their manager, we visit with my friends and family every time. It's Coffee time in 7-Eleven....

Check your receipts carefully.I was charged for items I didn’t buy - and today wasn’t the first time. Sure it’s only a dollar or so, but the dishonesty is appalling. When I walked back in to confront, there was no apology. When the cashier couldn’t convince me that I was wrong after all, he took out cash from the drawer as a “refund,” because he couldn’t return it to my card.

Marlboro lights price very high compared to other 7 elevens in Rockville pike. I wonder why???? Says it’s the system that generates the prices. What system are other 7 elevens using????
