Beautiful church, friendly people. The Pastor is rather showy and theatrical with a homily of beautiful words and little depth for me. However, I go to worship and praise God and to receive Him in Word and Flesh, not to be entertained. I still find peace and rest in Him.

Stained glass windows pretty. Cool enough for full Church wedding in July. Insufficient restrooms although nice and clean.

I have a definite bias in this review, so full disclosure- but the assembly here could not be nicer. If you are visiting for the weekend and attending Mass is on your agenda, this is (the only) place. Come right in and get a seat in the front. Welcome home.

Pastor Grasing referred to “Holy Mother Earth” in his homily today. When I asked for clarification after Mass he said “Holy this, holy that; they’re just words.” The only Holy Mother I’m aware of in Catholic teaching is Mary. Is this not tantamount to worshipping Gaia? No thanks.

It's in Rock Hall, friendliest town in Maryland! Old style church with statues. The congregation is a true community. They care for and about each other.
