I saw an employee who was visibly upset and I felt bad for him. The worst part was that I saw the I think manager just laugh at him. What kind of people do they think they are? Not only that the service was terrible here. Dirty bathrooms, my bread to my slider was stale, and so many other shitty things here. Note that I will never come back here unless things change. Do better.

Worst example of 'Skimpification' yet. The chicken is always delicious, the Box(es) a simple way to get a good meal easily. To start charging for a tiny piece of bread that has always been part of the Boxed Deal is terrible PR. To charge $7.98 (before tax) for a $5.00 , -2-piece white chicken order (that was the cornerstone of ROFO!s popularity) is outrageous .
We are well past the COVID scare of 2019. Time to stop "'recovering unearned income'...for a shameless profit.
Maybe, you should take a look at the competition, implementing pricing 'to bring the community back's instead of selling less or better, to gain out trust again.
