I have brought both my car and my daughter's car to Moore Performance in the past few months for tires, alignment, and brakes. I am so happy I did. Outstanding price, speed of service, and honesty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto repair in the Pasadena area.

10 years after my first review, and newer old car later, I can still say the service is top notch. Last week I dropped off for service due to a "rattle" which had been diagnosed by a sub-par team at pep boys Ritchie Hwy as needing a new air compressor ($$$$). The team at Moore realized this was not at all the problem and fixed my belt tensioner same day. Alas, only a few days later (again my ride is not a new new vehicle, but one with "only" about 95000 miles) the passenger side window failed. Moore, again, was able to make the repair in a day, getting me safely back on the road. Chris was in constant communication and was so considerate and understanding.

Let me start off by saying how impressed iam with moore performance, I’m another local automotive repair shop and I know I can always count on them to get jobs done I can’t complete (alignments and such), they are always so friendly, I’m glad I’ve use moore performance as I’ll never go anywhere else! This place is great. I used their site to send my initial correspondence and they got back to me fairly quickly. They are local for me and very convenient. With the added option of paying over the phone I didn't have to try and figure out work schedules or rush to pick up my car.The only issue I had was not being 100% sure of where to park due to them having a lot customers. So really that's a great problem for a business to have and something minor for me.Looking forward to using them again.

Great people. All of my work vehicles come here. Very reliable and never try to cheat you. Case in point. We had another shop tell us we needed a whole transmission due to some slipping issues. Moores checked it. Added fluid as necessary and gave the all clear. No fuss. No excuses. Love these guys and gals at Moores performance.

I have been using Moore Performance for years for both my husband and my vehicles. I have always been very impressed with Ken and his team's honesty. Moore tells you what your vehicle's issues are and then fixes them as cost-effectively as possible. I trust Moore Performance and urge anyone who needs mechanical work done on their vehicle to call Ken and Chris and set up an appointment. I will never use anyone else.
