don’t waste your time trying to book an appointment, by the time that someone will help you, they will tell you that the time of your appointment has already passed and they will tell you that you will have to wait until one of the representatives is available, i don’t know what’s the point of booking an appointment if you will still have to wait

I am an African American lady. I went in to the branch to redo a CD that had come due. I related this to the relationship person, he immediately informed me I could not get a check that day even though I had not ask for one. I informed him I wanted to either return the funds to the account they came out of or get a new CD. During our conversation he (a Hispanic male) informed me three times thathe could not cut a check to me at this time. He told me to go on line and make another appointment and then see if I could get a check. I then went to the teller window to get 50.00 in quarters. The (Hispanic) teller requested that I ,after swipping my card, produce my driver's license. She then told me there were problems with my account and she need get authorization. My account had over $68000.00 in it. My totals deposits are over $200,000.00. The teller got the drive through teller to help and she also said that they could not give me fifty dollars. I then gave the teller fifty dollars from my purse to get the quarters and ask to speak to the branch manager. The drive through teller informed me that she was the manager.I went to another branch, redid my CD and was out in 15 minutes. I am a elderly (77years young) lady and I felt horrible and humiliated when the Riverdale branch.

I honestly hate coming inside this bank They have the slowest workers inside ever especially maryam rezaie she’s the woman on the end do NOT go in her lane she needs to be retrained every transaction she’s needs assistance iAll the workers inside so damn slow and I’m not being racist but the whole staff inside is Mexican. Mexicans are known for being some of the hardest workers ever but the ones inside NOPE, retrain the whole staff and don’t be afraid to hire other races inside

Jose was really polite and took care of my transaction swiftly. It was rather a busy day but I didn’t have to wait for long.Despite not having an appointment with her, Skeeta helped me with my account in-between her busy schedule so I’m quite grateful.

Drive thru ATM was not working. No signage to let you know before entering drive thru line. Must have been urgent as there was police tape around it. There are 2 walk up atms, which was nice

Super bad customer service. The banker AJ McLaren has a really bad attitude towards customers as soon as I and other customer (hispanic) try to approach to ask a question. He told me get in line and ask at the window. Never allowed me to even tell him what I need to get done. I wasted my time waiting in line just for them to tell me that AJ will be the person helping me. He continued to have bad attitudes towards my self when he was helping me with the documents I needed. If you hate customers that bad just don’t work here, and fine a job somewhere else were you not need to work giving customer service.

WORST BANK IN AMERICA !!!!Long story short Literally the worst bank in America I tried to make a joint account online and it wouldn’t let me. I received a message saying I have to go to a branch in person to open a simple checking account. I tried to make an appointment first but it didn’t work system was broken. I go to this bank In riverdale I was told that they have appointments and when they have some time they could help me but appointments take priority. ok fine 2 banker with two individual clients finished with two separate appointments and I’m waiting and waiting and waiting for 1 HOUR pass by while the “ BANKERS” chill, walk around talking literally doing nothing. I’m confused so I ask how come they haven’t help us yet? Well apparently they refused to help anyone who doesn’t make an appointment can you believe it !!!!!! Also the African American banker was very very rude with a terrible attitude. You pretty much have to wait and pray one of their appointments doesn’t show up to get help unbelievable so you could sit here all day and not get help. Here’s the best part each appointment is an hour apart so for the whole hour they refuse to help people waiting but they have time to chill walk around and talk UNBELIEVABLE!!!! WORST BANK IN AMERICA!!!

My friend had an appointment today to speak with a spanish speaking banker at 9:30 am. When making the appointment (3 weeks ahead) he requested a spanish speaking banker. He wrote it down on the notes section they had and he checked on "prefer a Spanish speaking banker" but on the day of the appointment he was assigned to a representative that only speaks English. He said if he wanted to speak with the other representative he would have to wait till the person who made an appointment with the Spanish speaking representative at 9:30 dont show up, or for them to contact a translator who works for them to come and help. My complaint is that why schedule two people for 9:30???? Why was he assign to a representative that only speaks English when he put "prefer spanish speaking banker" TWICE ??? The English speaking representative was very rude and repeated the same information to my friend and I even after we said YES we understood. Very unorganized and very rude.

Worst experience ever! Drive-up bankers SOOOO SLOW ... been in line behind one car for 37 minutes...my car is blocked in and cannot even leave. Inside branch people won't answer the phone...terrible service from ROBERT, as well!Terrible service
