No line, quick easy, good service. BUT! I passed it three times before figuring out where it is. A flag, a modern PO sign, or something more obvious would help! Third time, I crept along and turned in where Google said to turn in. Then, I saw the sign.

I don’t know the name of the lady who works at the front, but she was HORRIBLE. Unfortunately I have to revisit this location to collect my mail. She’s not helpful and she threw a pen at me. After that I was done and had some words for her but it really shouldn’t have gone there to begin with.

Postmaster Shardae has been an extremely exceptional and professional person. She was patient, and very knowledgeable in her duties. I appreciate her help and support in helping me send a package overseas for my wife in the army

This is a small office but compared with other USPS in this area, this place is indeed very good. The staffs are friendly and knowledgable in various services.

I had a package that said out for delivery, at 1:57 pm I got a message saying it was delivered on the porch or in the mailbox. Now I’m sitting here like when and where, so I ran to the post office on Hamilton St and one of the nice clerks informed that it probably was scanned and should be delivered today or tomorrow. I think that, that’s fraudulent and misleading to put in the the package was delivered and all the time mail person just wants to make it seem like it was delivered on time. I need answers on why is this normal practice.
