FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT. I AM STILL WAITING ON MY EMAIL TO BE ANSWER. THEY NEED TO BE TAKEN OFF THE GOOGLE SEARCH.

Only reason this isn't a one star is because the lanes are actually good. The customer service feels like on of those places where they cuss at you and then you cuss at them and it's part of the fun. But it's not; they are straight up rude. I know we're on the east coast, and I know thier job probably sucks, but like, being decent to other human beings is a pretty basic thing. Time to go back to basics rinaldi!

I'm not an autism technician, but I had a poor experience at Rinaldis. The gentleman at the desk was unfriendly and wouldn't give us a second lane for 6 bowlers even though the alley was more than half empty. The bar was closed at 2:00pm. Plenty of other bowling alleys nearby where they're actually interested in serving their customers.

Place use to be jumping years ago with good service and loved this spot growing up but now I have no clue what happened over the years. I went on a Saturday and didn’t expect it to be empty inside but after my visit I definitely understood why it was barely anyone in there. First let’s start with the front desk, we called trying to make a reservation for a lane or two and we was told they don’t do reservations, lanes are first come first serve. We get there trying to get our lane and was told we can’t get the lane until our whole party was there. Once the rest of the party arrived we had a total of 11 people and decided we needed to get two lanes but they only allow you to get two lanes if you have a party of 12 people. So 11 of us had to fit onto 1 lane. After some time we decided to go to the bar and get some drinks. The bartender was nice starting off but I had first asked what beers they had she said “ there should be a sign on your side of the bar somewhere “ at this point things started to get a little questionable. Once I asked for a draft beer we was told they don’t do draft beers after 6pm. There was no sign displaying that so we saw another sign showing that they sell buckets of beers however when we asked for one we was told they don’t do sell those after 6pm as well. Once again there was no sign displaying that so I ordered my beer(bottled) and continued about my night. Overall customer service was poor and it seemed like the workers didn’t want to be there. Place has too many hidden rules and policies that are not displayed. On the weekends you’re not able to enter the establishment after 12am when they close at 2am. Definitely won’t be back but if you’re looking to have a good time at a nice place with a nice ambiance and amazing service check out bowlero’s or any other alley besides this one.

Terrible experience and terrible customer service. We checked the tournament schedule online and there were no tournaments listed so we planned a nostalgic bowling double date. We showed up, and the rude and unaccommodating woman at the front desk told us there was a tournament and that the site hadn't been updated in years. It was "above her pay grade." We were kicked out, though the tournament hadn't started and no one was there. Not even one game, though it would be at least 2 hrs before the tournament.

We came with our Framily (close friends and family) for the first time. We are on our annual week long vacation nearby and decided to come here as an activity due to the weather. Here is why we won't be returning or recommending this place to other folks (likely out of town folks since we are not from the area)...First, the Pros:- Bathrooms are clean both men and women- Gallons of hand sanitizers at every table- Generally clean establishmentThe Cons:- customer service is poor. Restrictive rules for lanes. We had 10 children - ranging from age 2 to 12 so flexibility is always helpful. We couldn't bring in their water, which is in their personal water containers.- the associate was inflexible, and her communication style conveyed impatience and a generally unwelcoming demeanor.- while entering names into the lane, the associate announced more rules over the PA to only enter 5 names per lane.Again, while these rules may not be unreasonable, the way in which it was communicated was unwelcoming. It seemed as if our business was not wanted. The place was basically empty (our crew arrived between 3:30 and 4pm ET), so our group seemed to liven the place. At one point, we thought to get the kids fries and snacks to hold them over but we didn't want to give another dime to such an unwelcoming place.Overall, it was a disappointing experience. We had a good time because we are generally good company among ourselves. However, we could take our good company and business elsewhere.

Nice staff. Good for parties. Security on duty in evenings. Good food. Fun for friends. Easy shoe rental.

I walked into this place. No body on the front counter. Waited around for 10-15 minutes. Nobody came and had to leave to find another place.

I like it here. Good staff. Reasonable prices. Good food! The lanes are nice too along with clean bathrooms. The parking lot gets a little crowded at times.

As an Autism Behavioral Technician, I’m disappointed in our recent visit to Rinald’s Riverdale Bowl. The staff was unkind and unwilling to accommodate our group’s needs. Our simple request to use lane bumpers was dismissed on the basis that they were “only for kids,” a response that showed a lack of understanding towards the needs of our group. The staff’s rude comments and constant interruptions further soured our experience. An enjoyable outing turned into an unpleasant experience due to the lack of compassion and inclusivity shown by the staff. Sadly, I can’t recommend this place to anyone seeking a respectful and inclusive environment. stars.

I am a Autism Technician and I brought my kids in today but this bowling alley was very unaccommodated for children and adults with special needs. We had asked the staff to bring up the rails so that the balls wouldn’t fall into the sides and we were told that they were only for kids not kids with special needs. Not only that, the staff threatened to kick us out if there was 2 bowling balls on one alley at the same time. It wasn’t related to anything other than sheer rudeness and it was very unappreciated. If you are seeking a all-inclusive bowling alley this would not be that location. Would not recommend at all.

I’m an autism behavioral technician for a group of individuals with autism, and we had a very disappointing experience at Rinald’s Riverdale Bowl recently. The staff were not only unaccommodating, but were also, unfortunately, outright rude to our group. Our group requested that the lane bumpers be raised to assist our bowlers, but we were denied with a dismissive statement that these are “only for kids.” This disregards the needs of our group and the fact that bowling alley accommodations should be inclusive for everyone, including individuals with differing abilities.Further compounding our frustration, the staff repeatedly interrupted our experience to call our attention in an intrusive manner, causing unnecessary distraction and discomfort to our group members. This is far from the welcoming, patient, and understanding environment that we expect and believe is essential for anyone visiting a public space. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of empathy and understanding from Rinald’s Riverdale Bowl. We hope that they reconsider their approach to customer service and take steps to be more inclusive in the future. Until then, I’m afraid we cannot recommend this bowling alley to other groups like ours, or to anyone looking for an enjoyable, respectful environment. 1/5 stars.

I love this bowling alley. I’m so glad to have finally found an actual bowling alley that oils their lanes. This place even has that bowling alley smell from my childhood. Now that I’m moving to the area, I’m looking forward to being a regular here.
