I booked an appointment for last Monday, but there was inclement weather, so Sadetra texted me to reschedule it. We finalized on the following Sunday. That Friday, I got an email at 6pm saying my deposit was refunded with a note "canceled." No communication from her personally or anything! A lack of professionalism & concern for a client.

Please do not book any services with Sadetra. Not only is she terrible with managing her book of business, but lacks simple knowledge of hair care and lacks accountability.I have visited RICHE Salon 3 times, and only 1 of those 3 salon visits were “ok”. Unfortunately, I had to revisit the salon after my 1st visit because my hair results were not to my standards. The 2nd visit was the reason why I revisited the salon today. My hair turned out “ok” and lasted for some time! Sadetra admitted that she cut my hair uneven and would fix my hair on my 3rd visit. The second visit was “on the house” since the first visit results were not up to par, which Sadetra agreed on. However, I felt it was necessary to still pay a portion of the visit because of how my hair turned out. The third visit, which was today, will be my last. My appointment was at 5:30, but Sadetra did not start on my hair till 6:28. I waited outside the salon, which I heard incentives being offered to the clients because of how behind Sadetra was, unfortunately that was not offered to me, even though my appointment was at 5:30 and I did not get in the chair till 6:28. Sadetra’s lack of managing her books properly is extremely on brand for her.I originally came to the salon for a simple wash & deep conditioner, but due to the amount of people in the salon, which was packed, I was not able to receive the service that I originally booked for. Overall, my appointment was rushed and I believe the health of my hair was compromised because Sadetra was multi tasking and raking through my hair versus detangling in smaller sections.Note: I reminded Sadetra of how I booked the deep conditioning treatment, but was told I was not able to do the service. If I would have known this, I would have washed my hair besides traveling 30 minutes for a rushed appointment without a deep conditioner.If you’re open to an ok hairstylist that lacks accountability and doesn’t manage her book of business properly, then proceed to book. I expressed my concerns, and she proceeded to say “girl bye”. Extremely unprofessional.

Sadetra is an exceptional stylist. She not only gives quality work but she maintains the health of your hair. You won’t be disappointed. She’s old school with the customer service. Sadetra is the absolute best hands-down!!! I have been seeing her for years. During my time with her my hair has remained healthy it’s getting longer, she does the best styling. My favorite style of hers are the waves, so if you book with her make sure that you get the signature wave. Oh and the smell of her products are just awfully amazing and they make my hair feel great.
