“The five stars is just to not ruin your rating.Okay, the staff were polite and nice to talk to. But their price is VERY VERY VERY high. I went to fix my prius which had ABS and Brake warning light and after a check up (which by the way you have to pay $160 whether you fix your car or not) they say that I need almost $4K to fix the ABS system. At the end of the day I end up with a bad news and paying $150 (they didnt have change and left the $10) for nothing. But, fortunately, I ended up fixing my car with less than $1K without paying any checkup fee. Therefore, as a friendly advice, I encourage you focus on the services you provide as much as the money you want to get paid. Im hoping you will take this as a constructive suggestion. “I needed some suspension work done on my 2007 BMW X5 and my brother in-law who owned BMWs for many years recommended Einstein's. They did a great job, at a reasonable price, and were pretty fast. Communication was great as they were prompt with providing recommended service and status updates. I also appreciated that they were honest about services that were worth doing and those that were not worth doing (based on the age of the car). Finding a BMW repair shop that you can trust is very important because these cars become money pits the older they get. Having a shop that will look you in the eye and tell you that something is not worth the money is important for me. The guys that work there are really nice and knowledgeable. If you have an older BMW I would definitely recommend them!”

They wash my windows, front and rear window, they also vacuum my car out front seat and back seat. They will let you know what maintenance needs to be done. I’m only going to deal with Jiffy Lube for now on. They are so awesome!!”

“Make sure you read all the negative reviews about this guy before you trust your BMW with him. He writes too many fake positive reviews. He charged me $1500 for a leaky valve cover gasket a year ago. He never did it right and I took my car to the dealer and they said he put it on backwards and it's not even an OEM or even a BMW part. He claims to take pride in his work and if you disagree he will verbally assault you. Do not trust this guy.”
