“I have been in the T-Mobile store located on Market Street in Northeast DC for years, either to try to purchase a phone or because there was some glitch. In my cell phone I just have to make a special mention about. One of your employees Greg Julián, who on several occasions has gone above and beyond in assisting me with whatever issues I have with my phone. I appreciate his knowledge, his professionalism his patience and his overall wonderful attitude is just great.

“This is an AMAZING T-Mobile location! I had the privilege of working with Associate Jonathan who went above and beyond to assist me with my T-Mobile phone. Jonathan patiently explained what was happening and also called a tech to assist! Now my phone is back working and I'm feeling great about this experience had to share!! “Bruce was great from the very beginning! He was quick to respond to my inquiry. He tried to help me over the phone right away in case it was something simple. When it turned out to be more, he came to my house to diagnose the issue. When it was found to be more than he could fix quickly in-site, he took my laptop with him to repair. He kept me updated along the way and made me feel very comfortable.In our initial conversation he told me, "I respect your data and will make sure to keep it in tact", this was what solidified my decision to use him. The repair was secondary, recovering my data was my top priority- and he did just that!! My laptop is back up and running and all my data has been restored. “I know, it's a Verizon store, so if you're coming here it's probably because you have some phone or account issues to deal with...I had to come because my phone fell in a pool and I needed to get a new one and try to trade in the old (pool) one. I thought it would be a meh experience and that I would probably get nothing for the old phone, but an employee named Gavin walked me through everything, got me set up with a new iPhone, and even got me trade-in credit for the old phone! Thanks Gavin for helping me out and making my experience a good one.”

“This review is for the store and not Comcast and no I'm not dissatisfied with Comcast but my experience at the store was above and beyond considering the amount of misinformation I received from Comcast over the phone. The young lady was not only knowledgeable about what I needed she probably should have been the first person I contacted as it would have saved me an entire day of being misinformed. I don't even live in this area so I may not have reason to return but I may find an excuse simply because of the excellent service.”
