Genuinely some of the nicest people i’ve ever met. They were able to take my car in when it was an emergency. Bobby made sure to show me everything, explain what the parts were, and what he was doing, so that I could understand. Ashley went out of her way to make sure that I got the part that I needed. They ultimately got my car running smoothly again in no time at all. They all made me feel very welcome and they went above and beyond to help me. Would highly recommend:)

I cannot say enough about this business. We've used Senters twice and had a positive experience with them both times.
Recently, my son bought a 2004 Toyota 4Runner while on leave from the Coast Guard. He had a limited amount of time home and was in a rush to make the purchase, get it inspected, and titled before driving to his new station in Louisiana.
He bought the 4Runner out of state and it failed inspection-MISERABLY when we got back to MD. The vehicle needed a new front axel and all new brake lines so we brought it to Senters to see what they could do for us. They immediately looked it over, and gave us a reasonable estimate to complete the work. They finished the work on time and didn’t tack on any additional charges. Three days after dropping of the car , my son picked it up and it passed inspection. I was nervous about him driving an older model vehicle all that way by himself but he made it without any problems!
I am so thankful to have found a local, reasonable, and honest mechanic. If you’re looking for a new mechanic, try Senters-you’ll be glad you did!

My name is Doug. I live in rising sun MD. I just did the stupidest thing I have ever done in my life. And I'm 62. I stopped at the highs on Biggs hey, and rt 272. My car is a stick shift. Well I took the car out of gear . And got out. Pulling the hand break as I got out. The car was still running. Well I didn't pull the break handle far enough, being in a hurry. When I came back out my car was gone. And this car isn't worth 300 dollars. Then I saw it!!!!!!! The car rolled across. The parking lot. And didn't hit the gas pumps. And went over the curb,and stopped. There's a hill there that goes down about 25 feet to the run off pond below. My car was right on the edge of going over!!!!!!! Well these 2 guys pulled you in a big diesel pic up. With a car trailer on the hich. And a car on it. They came over to me, and said they would get it out. They snatched that car out of there life it was nothing!!!!!!! They saved my butt !!!!!!!! And then wouldn't take any money from me. And I really wanted too give them the money..could you imagine if my car went over that edge, down that steep hill, and into the pond what it would have cost me? And no car. They still wouldn't take any money. And said they were glad they were there and could help me. These are really good people. And good neighbors. Old school people. If you need work done to your vehicle, I highly recommend you go see them. I am sure you will get an honest price. And top notch work. Like I said. They are old school!!!!!! I'm very very glad they are in rising sun. Remember how rising sun used to be? Good neighbors!!!!!!!!!

Recently I needed some help getting my car towed and gas tank flushed after my teenage daughter accidentally put diesel fuel into my hybrid vehicle. I wish they were my first call after this happened and I would’ve saved a ton of time and money. Bobby and Ashley were quick to help get me setup even though they were about to close (it was 1030 pm on a Saturday). They even dropped me and my 3 kids off at a nearby hotel while he worked on my car overnight which helped save me on Ubers. They picked me up the next morning and got me set on the road quickly! I couldn’t thank them enough as I was far from home and too far from my final destination. I highly recommend them for any service or repairs you need on your car.

I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Senter's Auto Shop. My car broke down after 6 PM, and every mechanic shop was closed except for Senter's. I called them, and the owner went above and beyond by driving over 20 minutes to help me. He quickly identified and fixed the issue with my shifter in just 5 minutes, saving me from an expensive tow. Senter's Auto Shop truly went the extra mile for me, and I highly recommend them for their outstanding service and dedication. A true hero in the automotive world!

My father went in here with the last bit of money he had, after the auto parts place up the road completely messed up his lug nuts, the lovely people here did it for free, made what was a horrible day into a great day wonderfully people here 5 star would GREATLY RECOMMEND

Where do I start? Bobby is truly a blessing from God himself!! My family and I broke down in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere. Googled and found “The Senters Auto Shop”. Bobby and his wife got out of their bed to come and help me and my family. Not only did he tow my car to his shop. He made sure we had a hotel to sleep for the night. Even though the issue for my car couldn’t be resolved. While other mechanics would’ve tried to charge me for work that wouldn’t have fixed the issue. Bobby went above and beyond to help as much as he possibly could and was very honest and did not try to get over on me. Just to make a buck. For that alone he has gained my gratitude ?? Thank you again for all of your help Bobby❤️

Fantastic place! Stopped by last minute due to breaks being bad and they took me in right away. very honest and welcoming. You can truly tell this isn’t just about doing the work. It’s also about caring for their customers. Felt like I knew them for a life time with how open and welcoming they are! Definitely appreciate coming across a genuine business in today’s world. 100% coming back here!
