The team at Ourisman was exceptional and kindly assisted me in purchasing a new car after I found out my car was totaled last week. Big Mike was an excellent sales rep who was really easy to talk to and help answer any questions I had regarding multiple vehicles on the lot in my price range. Rachel was also very helpful in providing me multiple options for my cars warranty package. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car in the elkton, north east and rising sun areas.

Wonderful sales experience with great salesperson Frank. Finance manager Ray and general manager Derek. Explained everything during our purchase of the F150 and made sure that the truck was delivered in top condition even with several trips back to detail shop. Wonderful dealership with great helpful individuals who pride themselves on making it right. Will recommend to others looking for their next car or truck.

I have had the experience of buying and selling cars for 40 years. Ourisman Tri-State Ford has to be the best I have ever dealt with. From our initial conversation on the phone and email exchanges, Jessica Smith, Matthew Yim, and Rachael Mullaney, were professional, courteous, and attentive to me, “the customer”. It was so refreshing to experience that. So much so, that the 1 hour drive to get there seemed like a trip around the block. I am going back to have my car serviced there as well. Thank you all for giving me the best customer experience I could have imagined. I will be sharing this with lots of people, which is the best compliment I can give.

Recently purchased a Ford Transit Cargo van from Alex Hernandez at Ourisman. It was a smooth and easy process - not the typical stuff you dread when buying a new vehicle. What a relief! Finance officer was pleasant and efficient. Most of the business was conducted via phone call and emails, and then it was just a relatively short visit to dealership to finalize things. I recommend Alex and Ourisman Tri-State Ford for a very good buying experience.

My pregnant daughter-in-law and wife of a US Marine purchased a Ford Explorer in January 2024. This is the fourth vehicle her family has purchased from this dealership. She could not take delivery until March 2024 because the dealership's service department could not receive parts for the defective sunroof. In July of 2024, the transmission started slipping.
The representative for the service department quoted 7k to replace BUT she should keep the receipts because Ford will be doing a recall on transmissions so she should be able to get a refund. She asked about buying the dealership buying the vehicle back and purchasing a different vehicle. She was told the vehicle had depreciated $10,000 since January 2024.
I would think a vehicle that has been on the road for 3 months since January of 2024 should be under some kind of dealership guarantee or just doing the right thing.

We had a difficult situation with our daughter’s car that we purchased at another dealership. Everyone at Ourisman Ford treated us as a valued customer even though we did not purchase the vehicle from them. The diagnosis of needing a new engine and rear was overwhelming to say the least. The service manager walked us through the process and helped us deal with the warranty company from the other dealership and even called them for us to make sure everything was covered under the warranty I cannot speak highly enough about how simple they made this for us. The car is great now and our daughter is thrilled to have her car back.
