Trash service. I just came in for a debit card . Had to sit down for a hour because they own have 1 personal banker working . Don't waste your time . Why did security acknowledge me like their employees of PNC ? Nobody from PNC said hello or asked me anything . Shitty business don't waste your time .

Was a great bank until they closed the teller lanes, good luck trying to find a time the atm is even working. Considering switching banks.

i love pnc bank, but their decision to close the teller part and stop dealing in cash is insane. i’m currently writing this as i’m the 5th one in line at the atm for 30 mins. pretty terrible for a bank to not have tellers, really make me think about switching banks.
