“I have been a customer of Darlington, Whiteford, and Plu.tree pharmacies for almost 8 years now. It really is amazing how time does go quickly when you are enjoying your experience. I met Rob Sauter 8 years ago just when he bought Plumtree and he had to do the Pharmacist work while setting it up and waiting for Kate to come here from upstate NY. But on the other end of the spectrum, I really liked the way Rob treated me from day 1. Most pharmacists would have found a reason to not fill my narcotic prescription, but he was unbelievably nice, he had half there then. He said, I'll drive the rest down to you tomorrow. And he did.THAT FIRST INTERACTION WITH ROB SAUTER was all iBooks for me to be a lifetime client. I've gone to all 3 of them but I mainly go to Whiteford.I know that a very nice couple bought all 3 pharmacies, but overall the last couple years have been just as great, so keep up the good work.Finally, I ride a few extra miles just because of the way I've gotten to know all the employees and they know my name. And finally, they always make sure that they have my medications for when I come once a month. They know within couple days, I think, that's how I think that in 8 years, they always have my medications.”
“The pharmacist Sam is such a wonderful person. He acknowledges you by your first name as soon as you walk up. They have beautiful decorations there for you to look at for your house. I highly recommend this store as your family pharmacy. The whole team are lovely people.”
“Big shout out to Julie for excellent customer service with my husband and I getting a flu shot, we had our little dog in the truck, could not leave him alone.She gave my husband paperwork to fill out in truck then we went in separately to receive the shot.,also the young lady who gave us the shot was super gentle and very caring. We need more workers like these nice ladies. Julie and I’m sorry I didn’t get the other name. We live in Maryland and always go to this Walmart in Oxford, Pa. Thank you.”
“Cecil Community Pharmacy is fantastic.It is right in Conowingo, and has evening hours. It is in the same building as the doctor, dentist and a lab. You can get everything in one location.The staff is helpful and very nice.”

“I rarely walk away from an interaction with a cashier with a smile on my face, I always use self checkout wherever I go. But I stopped at this walgreens saturday 10/3/20 around 7:30 and the gentleman working the register was helpful, informed about what the store carried, and genuinely engaging. I rarely feel compelled to write a review about a specific employee and I didn't ask his name but I hope management knows they have a great young man representing their store.”

“The only thing with this particular store is they could be a little better at filling prescriptions. Sometimes when I check the app first thing in the morning it says preparing and then 8 hours later when I'd like to pick up on my way home it says it's still preparing and I have to call to ask to have it ready. Not a huge deal but kind of defeats the purpose of me getting it in early and using the app.”
