Our first time at H & R Block. Pat made us feel so welcomed , never felt rushed , and felt we were well informed during the entire tax preparation. Pat made us feel so secure in her knowledge that we scheduled next year's tax preparation before leaving the office.

I have been a regular at various H&R Block locations over the years (varying based on where I lived at the time). This is the first one that advertises “walk ins welcome” but then requires you to either drop off or make an appointment. I offered to wait until after the gentleman’s next appointment was done, and he told me that he can’t do that because he doesn’t know how long it will take, plus he’s not great with rental returns and would much prefer that somebody else work on my file. In terms of appointments, I would have to either take time off of work in the afternoon or schedule out over a month. At this rate, it’s easier to just pick another nearby location and give my business to them instead.

1st time ever filing with H &R block very impressed with your professionalism an team approach. Gave best options for filing your taxes A very warm and friendly atmosphere. No hesitation in recommending H&R block.

Extremely expensive. I wouldn't go back. The man was Extremely nice though. I rate him a 10/10. H&R is just too expensive when there's other free tax services.
