The service at this location is excellent! I called last minute to ask to reschedule my estimate for an earlier time and they had no problem getting me in. I made my appointment for the repairs and just dropped my vehicle off Monday. It was estimated to be done tomorrow, but I received a call stating that it was done early. Everyone has been fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing work. I’ve had issues with other locations in the past, but this experience was so much better! They made sure they kept in constant contact with me via phone and text to provide updates. Thank you all for taking care of my vehicle!

They are no longer Harrington's and no longer a body shop but they referred me to the one they use.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this team is! Fantastic work. My car looks great and they went above and beyond to help me with another issue (twice!). For quick and professional service that will leave you smiling and your car looking great see this team!!

Insurance reached out, no response. Insurance company is emailing me wondering why they haven't heard from these people. I call, no call back. Call again, to get scheduled for estimate, a week and a half to get it done. Don't hear anything for another week. Call back, get told that "we're waiting on your tires". Don't hear anything for another week. Get a call 4 days after that, and again... "we're waiting on your tires". Don't hear anything for another week. Call back to be "squeezed in" in another 2 weeks. Meanwhile insurance company has already paid them for the claim. Apparently these are the same people that ran this place when it was Harrington Autobody. Now i can understand why they went under and Caliber took over the building. ?

Took my Durango there for repairs after a accident and I couldn’t be happier!! These guys knocked it out of park. Very professional, great communication and awesome workmanship. I would highly recommend for all auto body repair.

For the amount of money they charged & the amount of time it took them was a lot. Also, I felt they squeezed every bit out of our insurance company & then some. To make matters worse, the car doesn’t even run like it should. Yeah it runs but quality-wise, I’ve seen better and felt better and NOT feel like I got ripped off!!

First rate shop. I drive 30 min. out of my way to have my vehicles repaired at this shop. Even with new owners they have the high standards and a great staff.

They say they don't want you signing off on repairs (taking your car) until you're satisfied. It's not just a sales pitch, they really mean it. Excellent body shop.
