They keep telling us there's nothing wrong with our service. Supposed to be 500 mbps of internet speed but it's currently at 100, we had them out 3 times since last year for the same problem that they can't fix. Getting super sick of them and they're lying.

I just had my internet installed by your technician Micheal G. Can not say enough about how wonderful he was... We live on a horse farm and he went above and beyond to make sure our install took place today. He was on time, super polite and was not afraid to go into the pasture to hook up the lines... He had 3 very interested helpers! Thank you for your wonderful service

I am floored by the number of negative comments! It seems like only those people with an ax to grind take the time to give feedback. I have had Armstrong for the last 20 years, and while there have been some glitches in service… I don’t know of any carrier that does not have periodic outages. I am incredibly impressed with the customer service in the Rising Sun office. The other day Comcast workers in my development cut my Internet line. I got on to the website chat feature, and within an hour and a half they had come out and done a temporary fix. An appointment has already been made for a permanent fix.

Internet is a joke. I pay for 500mbps and I might hit 150. Internet goes down, I call they say it's power related but my power is on.Edit: owner says to contact by email, but Nate said they can not help that way. Apparently I have to call so they can tell me to turn off the router and turn it back on. This is out of hand. My next move is a lawyer.

We have been using Armstrong for 25 yrs. They have the best customer service and techs. If you have a issue they would try and fix it over the phone. If they couldn't they would schedule a technician to come out either the next business day or by the end of the week. It was usually the next day. The technician was always polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Armstrong for the great service.

we had an outage today, you're service tech Zack C. was one of the best service techs that I have had from you're company, and I have had a few. Very neat and very clean, I was very informed about what was going on and he inspected everything, the problem was found very quickly with assurance that it would be fixed. Thank you Zack

Armstrong isn't that bad of service, or at least not for me. It was just their prices which they give me a great price once I called and explained that I couldn't afford 321 dollars a month for service. They gave me a great deal. So my advice is to call and talk about ways to keep it. I did at one time have it disconnected because I tried Verizon 5g home internet service and I'm telling u, if u have Armstrong for internet keep them because Verizon 5g home internet is not good. In my area anyway. Could not keep a signal so I returned to Armstrong. So Armstrong is going to have it's up and downs but runs way better than Verizon home internet 5g service.

Be careful of this company. Constantly changing monthly rates. All reviews on google are mad by staff at this company. They give incentive if you fill positive review and encourage it. They charge outrageous prices and try to capitalize on the fact they’re the only provide in the area.

I've never heard of Armstrong, which is why it took me and my wife 2 weeks after we bought our house to find out they basicly have a monopoly in our area unless u want satellite.. luckily they have been a great company so far. Great internet speeds available, the new enhanced wifi system they offer seems to be a high quality product. I had terrible wifi reception because of my modem placement, and for $2.50 a month it is very much worth it! Thanks Armstrong!

A wonderful company all around. When you call or visit the office you are always greeted with a smile! The office staff goes out of their way to make sure you get the best deal possible. Whenever there is an issue with service, after contacting them, that issue is quickly resolved.
