UPDATE (6.21.22): We had a reputable company come out today to give us an estimate on fixing our garage door. They said there “should be an operator racket in the center” (there is not). They said Clopay requires it for warranty. They said the opener is going up in the back. It should be level or going down a bit. They said the photo eyes are too high, that they should be 4-6 inches off the ground. Bottom line: they said the door was installed improperly. And they said that’s why Delmarva didn’t want to come back and fix it. Initial review: They installed a garage door in our brand new house. The sensor didn’t go off when there was something under the door. The door then cracked with the pressure as it kept trying to go down. I’ve never seen a garage door that doesn’t go back up when there is something under the door. They said it would cost us $800 and some dollars to fix. No thanks, I’d rather pay another company to come out and fix it.

My garage door spring broke on December 22nd. It is my only way in and out of the garage. Worried about getting it fixed before the holidays I called Matt. He told me to take a picture of the spring and he would send someone out the next day. I got home from work problem solved. They came and my daughter didn’t even know they had been there. Great job thanks Matt prompt service very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks ? again
