Broke down on way to Bethany on a Saturday. Google local shops for help, to no avail. Until I got ahold of Mel. He came out diagnosed problem ,towed me back to 3Ms shop and I needed a distributor. Mel fixed and I was back on my way. Highly recommend this family run shop to everyone. Friggin top notch! Courteous and knowledgeable. Can't thank them enough. Heck I'm 2 hours away and might just use again.

I have taken my car to this business twice and had great experiences both times. I’m new to Maryland so I wanted to find a small business that I could trust with my old VW beater. The owner is trustworthy and accommodating which I appreciate so much. The first time I took my car in, I was under the impression that I needed all 4 brakes replaced. The owner let me know that the brakes were fine and saved me so much money with his honesty! When I recently brought it in, I was concerned because I had an airbag light on my dash. They did the diagnostic and replaced a bulb to see if it was an easy fix before looking into it being a bigger wiring issue. It completely took care of the problem and again saved me a lot of money! I will continue taking my car to this business because I trust them.

Needed my brake lines replaced, 3M's Auto got it done fast, gave the cheapest estimate, came in right at the estimate, and even went out of their way to repair something else on my truck that had been bugging me. Awesome, will use them again.

I personally know the guys who run this shop. They are very trustworthy and very reasonably priced. I have had several things fixed on my Durango at 3M's, and have never had any problems with the work. I highly recommend taking your vehicles there to be worked on. You won't regret it. I would give 10 stars if I could.
