I am very happy and grateful with WRT services. Danny, our technician answered promptly to my inquiry and confirmed our mobile appointment for next day. I particularly appreciate that he sent both a photo of himself and his vehicle during our scheduling conversation as a safety precaution. He arrived on time to our home and was able to repair our shattered iPad screen. Before leaving, he went over the iPad with me to make sure it was in working order. The repair was priced fairly, done quickly and Danny is professional and kind. If you are in need of repairs, I would recommend his services.

Contacted Danny for a couple quotes. Came back with super reasonable pricing with an offer of same day service. Reached out to him at 11am and had a new LCD and battery by 1:20pm. Super convenient with mobile service and extremely thorough to ensure the device was fully functioning after repairs were made.

My phone was beyond repair. He didn’t try and charge me to replace the screen when the phone wouldn’t have worked anyway. Excellent customer service!

Dan was wonderfully accommodating and insanely quick replacing my daughter’s iPhone screen. He thoroughly checked the phone to ensure all aspects were working correctly and he made the interaction fun and comfortable. He gave us tips to protect the phone and the screen and stood behind his work! Definitely recommend for all your cracked screen needs!
