“I had the pleasure of visiting this location the other day to return items purchased online. Upon entering the store, I received a warm welcome from a courteous Associate. The Associate directed me to the Store Manager, who was extremely helpful and professional. Surprisingly, I could freely peruse the aisles without fighting the clothes racks for space, compared to other Rainbow Shops. The store was neat and organized and had a great selection. This store is one of the best Rainbow Shops I've visited in years. Keep up the great work!”
“Had a wonderful experience at this boutique! I had a special occasion coming up and it was all hands on deck helping me pick out an outfit or two! Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond even going beyond what they had in store to try to help me with my outfit! I highly recommend these women and this boutique! When was the last time you saw a clean, organized African market? Hummm how about NEVER! Well you won't be disappointed with Kaneshie at all! And no I am not getting paid to write this. I just know a good thing when I see it and I am happy to share my review. If you're looking for something specific and cannot find it be sure to ask Ms. P the owner of the store and I'm sure she will be more than happy to get it for you and if you do encounter a problem or issue, allow them fix it first before you write a review. All I'm saying is let's give Kaneshia a chance to blossom and please let's support this black owned business as well. When you do pay them a visit remember to welcome them to the neighborhood”

“If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. Wonderful clothes and service. Went in not knowing what to expect, had only heard from my daughter and from the moment I entered I was welcomed with such warmth. From the second I stepped foot into the place, I was greeted by a young woman whose name I think was Tiana (or Tie). She welcomed me into the store and was very understanding of what I wanted. I had been very questionable about my size and after a few questions, she just reached over and grabbed me a size that fit me to a T! She had left me feeling excited about shopping (something that would normally leave me very anxious). She checked me out and it was just an overall pleasant experience. Will be coming back next week and I hope to see Tiana!”
“This place has really cute and trendy clothes (for women). They sell bais yaakov uniform skirts, dresses, shirts, and skirts. And jewelry at the checkout. The lady who runs the store is friendly and will actually help you shop if you want. The prices are around $80-$120.”

“Kohl's is one of my favorite stores. I always find something at a great price! Today Resha was the associate who rang up my items; she was so plesant and kind to talk to. She explained how today's discounts worked and reminded me of the items that were included and excluded so that I was aware before I bought anything, and that was really helpful. She wrapped up my delicate items and took her time with me so I didnt feel rushed. It was a great interaction and a positive experience overall so I let her know that I would be back soon!”
“While in the store last week, I decided to look around sephora. There was a nice associate working there and was able to help me with deciding what was best for my skin care. She seemed so knowledgeable and professional, so I decided to see if she could help with makeup. Her makeup looked good so I figured she could give me some advice. She was able to color match me perfectly which for me, was always hard to do. I asked her name and she said it was Bailey and I will definitely be coming back to see her soon!”

“At this Rainbow store they have the nicest people working there, don't get me wrong at the other Rainbow stores they're nice also, but they were exceptionally nice, their store is so clean, all of the Rainbow stores have good looking clothes n their prices are low, i love the shoes that they have also, i just love shopping at Rainbow stores, that's why i gave them a 5 Star, if you don't know what to get, just look around at the Mannequins, they always have nice outfits on them, or look on the walls.”
“The restaurant is very cute inside clean neat and the cashier and the rest of the wait staff wonderful the food was incredible the empanadas were to die for and the tamale yes yes creamy chicken was tasty tasty and the Pupusa's ate both of them before I pulled out of my parking space”
“I only visited for the Amazon return station. I was greeted at the door and directed to the desk in the back of the store. I was returning a PS4 controller fir my son. I didn't have to box it up - only print the return slip and get it scanned at the desk. As a special treat, Kohl's gives a coupon for 15% off a purchase attached to the return receipt. Nice incentive to shop after returning or sending off an Amazon package.”
“I came very close to closing time on a Saturday evening and felt like I was being rude to the employees by doing so. However, there was a young lady named Sara there who was at the door and assured me that I had plenty of time. I needed help with a couple things and she patiently took the time to make sure I found what I was looking for, even though she had things to do for closing. I want to say I appreciate you Sara and I hope you make the cap for your position because you deserve it! The cashiers that day were very kind and patient as well. Very good vibes every time I go into that particular store! Great job ladies!~Satisfied Customer”
“I have been a White House customer for about 20 years and the Pikesville Store is one my favorite stores to shop in because there is a store manager who is the absolute best! She will go out her way to assist with locating an item that I am seeking. Additionally, she is very knowledgeable about the products and is able to give honest/helpful feedback.”
“I am unsure why this place doesn't have a single review completed yet considering they've been opened for many years. I've been shopping here at least 4 to 5 years and I love it. They always have plenty of style options, sizes, spacious dressing rooms and they're in a great location. Now must admit parking can get a little tricky because it is a very popular shopping center but anything worth having is worth the wait so that I'll do. My only gripe I have with this place that is keeping me from giving it the full 5 stars is customer service isn't always present when you initially enter. It seems like a takes the staff a few minutes to warm up to customers before they decide to speak. Luckily I don't need that much attention but I do like when people speak at stores patronized. As soon as I get within 2 ft of the check out counter, staff becomes suddenly friendly, talkative and quite pleasant. It's a miracle !! Nevertheless, I always leave w a smile on my face. Looking forward to Christmas season to buy a few gifts !!”

“I attempted to buy a microwave oven whereas the price clearly said $69.99 but at the checkout it scanned for $79.99 I bought it to the cashier's attention and he tried to help unsuccessfully so I asked to speak with a manager who was an assistant manager but she stated that the "manager" told her that it had to be sold at the price that it scanned for even though there were at least 4 other ones on the shelf just like mines with a sticker of $69.99! Needless to say after going back and forth with them, they didn't allow me to purchase it for $69.99 because they insisted that the stockers put the wrong price on them! I expressed to them that I was a consumer and that I had nothing to do with that!!! Of course, I didn't purchase it but I am not happy with how I/it was handled!”

We purchased through our grant 55 book bags for our event this weekend that will be August 10, 2024. Rossdressforless has been a local community of Our Children Matter, since 2021, and we always look forward to meeting the needs of the community, children, and families we will always count on you all making a huge difference with us and sharing your support with others to see, it is a blessing to see we have been giving away 489 bookbags last year because of donations and support. We always look forward to Ross helping us every year whether it be for clothes or book bags for children we appreciate you all so much. The shop is filled to the brim "urban glamour" to "chic" and "sporty" it's almost overwhelming.
Since COVID the shop has been understanding with my returns bc costumers are prohibited from using the dressing rooms.
My only complaint is some of the store associates have told me different things about the hours, return policy, and etc, the answers i get are not consistant? train the staff a little more. But if you want somewhere to shop, go here first! And anything else get it at walmart! Lol”
