You know when you're in line and thought to yourself, I should have used the drive through... I applaud the Wells Fargo Tellers for their professional manner in dealing with that one person who has no common sense with Banking. Or this individual was just being sketchy. Who knows? Just glad the drive thru Teller came to my rescue and I was able to make my deposit. We all shook out heads after this individual left. Lol

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Wells Fargo in Reisterstown, Md. needs an Executive from Wells Fargo to visit as "Under Cover" and see for themselves how disfunctional their employees are. Useless, they should all be fired. They just refer you to the website for information. What a joke they are getting a salary.

The bank manager "Mike Stewart" and Teller "Derek" portray high levels of unprofessionalism. If you are the bank manager you do not tell someone that we close in a few hours on a Saturday....DO YOUR JOB! Also, the lack of skillset really makes me wonder how he is the bank manager....The teller tried to combat an issue by trying to outsmart the customer....You are there to help and not have a smirk or an attitude. The only saving grace is their other teller Jamari. Super rude and unprofessional...FIX IT!

They should have someone who speaks Spanish... in this city there are many Hispanic people and I think that if they had someone who speaks Spanish, more people would open their accounts at this bank

Walked in to set up an account and was told,I would have to make an appointment online as there was no one there at this time that was train to do that.How do you make money if you have no one trained to open up accounts?Went to another bank that we didn’t have to make an appointment, with people people train to open an account.

Dont have an account with this bamk. Went to ask assistance related to possible fraud account opening. Shanae was very gracious, patient, helpful and was able to satisfactorily answered my concerns. Excellent costumer service

Incredibly disappointing.
Spoke to management for 2 minutes with a very simple problem that would have been quickly resolved. She refused to help us because we didn’t have an appointment - even though she had the ability but was too “busy” with her “paperwork” to prioritise customer service.
