I wish they would decide what the shopping cart situation will be. Every time I go it’s something different. One visit there were regular size and the half size carts. Another visit no hand baskets . Today, no half carts or hand baskets, just a regular size shopping cart for my 13 items. Doing self checkout? Nothing there to hang your own bags, so you spend the entire time fighting with the machine as it keeps telling you to place item in the bag.

Started shopping curbside here because Giant kept messing up. Well, after several trips to this store, I'm done here, too. Every order was missing at least two things we clicked that I was able to go into the store later (which I dont like doing because my son is high risk) and find on my own. This last time? I called twice and was left sitting in 98° heat at curbside because they forgot I was out there. Once, the person who answered the main line (they dont answer the curbside number ... ever) didnt even know they offered it as an option. Theres a sign outside the store showing where to park.
