On 3/16/24, I went to my mailbox and a certified slip that has to be signed for was in my mailbox. It stated, a first attempt to deliver a letter was made. I went back into the house and looked at my cameras to see if someone had been to my door. ( Majority of the time I work from home and was home all day and didn't understand how I could have missed the mail carrier). If I'm not at home, someone is always there with my ill father. I viewed my camera an noticed that no one had been to my door. I left a note in my mailbox informing whomever the delivery person is that they had not come to my door and why would they leave a 1st attempt note in my mailbox. Long story short, I called the Reisterstown Post Office and spoke with a Manager. The manager seemed to know what was going on, maybe she had heard about the note I left. She stated, the carrier said an Amazon Truck was blocking.. our driveway has three homes that use it, two vehicles/ trucks can get up and down at one time..( also not seen on my cameras) she went on to explain that this carrier doesn't get complaints...OK... I went on to tell her that this is my 3RD compliant.I have informed delivery, which shows what mail should be arriving to your home. I've complained about missing mail that shows that the post office has received it and it has not been delivered. Some important pieces I have never received.( Checks that I had to cancel) I eventually asked to s speak with the Post Master, I explained my concern and also informed her of me receiving my neighbors mail, my neighbor receiving my mail. I gave her the article number of the mail that was suppose to be delivered and she asked would I be home today. (I was home the other day when the attempt wasn't made) I can't wait to see how many attempts is put on this letter when it arrives., because this has been since the 16th it is now the 20th.. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK) They know cameras are everywhere and still do wrong.I thought tampering with someones mail was a federal offense?? What happens when its the people delivering it

on Wednesdays our regular mail lady is off. Today I received a pkg which was too large for my mailbox. Instead of just leaving it on the floor as others do, he stuck in a larger mailbox, left me a key which didn't say which box it opens, and I had to tear it apart to get the ingredients out in order to get the box out. He delivered a smaller package which would have in a box easily but left that on on our table in the lobby. COMMON SENSE NEEDED HERE. By the way, the box wasn't closed

MAIL THEFT! I have called and filed a report But have yet to hear anything back. First my capital one credit card was scanned informed delivery. Never arrived. Then it was used for 2100.00$, but in the hands of the Post Office. Now I’m missing a check from work. Scanned over seven days ago and has not arrived. Whether it has been lost or stolen. Just speaks to the unprofessionalism of this Reisterstown branch, and somebody needs to do something ASAP. I have received all other scanned, inform delivery pieces of mail that were supposed to come with my check and it’s such a coincidence that my check is now missing. This is exactly what happened when I didn’t receive my credit card. I received all the other mail pieces that were scheduled for delivery except that one. When I called, I was told wait seven Business days. Then I find out my cards been stolen.I spoke to the Postmaster and they informed me that theft is an issue at this Reisterstown location. Also, I was informed to make a police report so I will be doing that as soon as possible.USPS Really needs to do a better job of vetting its employees.

Ok I thought it was just me but then came on here to see the reviews. So this is def a customer service issue. Why would be want to use government institutions if this is how they act. Rude and act like you’re annoying them to do THEIR JOBS!!Update: visited the Glyndon location which is an extra 5 min drive. This is my new post office. Everyone who lives in the area, drive the extra 5 min. You will get better quality service from more competent people who actually do their jobs.

heard they were closing more USPS offices. don't skip this one. i've lived in this area for over twenty years, rarely stopping here. when i do, the clerks aren't really rude, they're not overly friendly either. they work like robots going through the motions. there's ALWAYS a line and most times ONLY ONE CLERK. as mentioned before clerks should be a bit more friendly, smile once in awhile and leave the robotic action on the dance floor.

I moved from my Address and I had packages arriving to my old house I went to the post office and told them. I spoke to Rhonda at the front. She told me to fill out a yellow paper she confirmed my packages will be left at the post office for hold. They was still delivered to the old address. She just shrugged her shoulders. She had one job to do. I went up there b/c online said they were delivered. And my shoes wasn’t Delivered at the address or they could have been stolen by time I got off work. and they wasn’t left at the post office for a hold as she promised me as they supposed to have been. I filled out the yellow slip for nothing. Rhonda said a supervisor would call me. No one called me. Rhonda is a liar and it’s Sad. After this incident I learned. Glyndon post office is ghetto and need to be changed Rhonda , Supervisors and managers they don’t care they need to hire a new team that will follow thru. I specifically signed that paper to protect my packages. And they failed to do what Rhonda said was going to happen. They don’t care at all.

Staff very unprofessional! I went in to drop off a parcel however I needed a receipt for it. Upon entering the office I was the only one in there and so was the lady at the front I went to the section where it says parcels only and I stood there and waited for her to address me she did not more than two people came in after me and she started assisting them so I said mam I need a receipt for this box and she told me that the line is over where she is standing however there was no line when I walked and I was also at the desk that says parcels only and she said she was not moving. This is not the first time I’m having an issue at this post office I was not getting my packages and I went over there to find out if they were there and they had 10 boxes for me all of which I had disputed because I didn’t receive them and it had been over 10 days. It turns out the postal man did not deliver them to my address he was holding them in the back I asked them if they know why and they said they did not know
