2/24/24..Went into this store, noticed one of the staff sweeping and cleaning garbage. I was hoping she wasn’t going to serve us without washing her hands, nope!!, although she didn’t take our order, she took 2 cups with those same hands and started placing the sticker to our cups. I asked her to please wash her hands, she was upset about that. Washed her hands then proceeded to use the same cups she touched previously. I again asked if she can use a new cups, she rolled her eyes and appeared quite annoyed with me at this request. Ordinarily I would have cancelled, get a refund and leave, but I was treating my daughter to an iced matcha latte who hadn’t tried it. I should have gone somewhere else. I felt perhaps I’ll talk with her and gain insight as to why she was so upset. I wanted to see if she understood that not washing your hands after handling garbage was not appropriate especially after we noticed she was doing so when we initially walked in. I also asked if she would she treat her family her mom or anyone else that way, she replied “my mother is dead with a sinister smirk “, I apologized to her for her mom passing but I told her, this doesn’t mean she should treat customers with utter disdain, disregard and unsanitary work ethics. Needless to say,, I didn’t believe “Aya” with that statement, I hope you learn better customer service that is in alignment with Starbucks business motto or any other business.

Beware! Absolutely the worst customer service ever and I was served old cake pops! This starbuck should consider going out of business or firing all their employees and hiring all new staff! Today, I ordered 3 chocolate cake pops and they were stale. It was served to me in the original container. It was about 5pm when I open the package it was dark outside, once I bit into the pop. I immediately noticed a funny taste but I ignored it. When I arrived home I drank some water and bit into another cake pop and I spit it out immediately. I assessed the package and noticed the date looked antiquated I thought the pops were heated or something once I look at the package it was dated Sept 2023. I immediately called the restaurant and I asked to speak with the manager. I explained the information mentioned above. I expected the manager to apologize say he would look into my concerns and assess the situation to ensure no one else is served old cake pops and offer me my money back. However instead he began to explain how early he get up in the morning at 5am and leave the cake pops out in the countertop for about “5” hours to thaw. This is why the cake pops are warm moreover at this point it has been about 12 hours my pick up time was 5pm!?This manager continue to explaining all the steps that go into the cake pop thawing process as if he make the the cake pops from scratch. I said excuse me I don’t need to know how you thaw out cake pops that is now 12 hour old from your thawing process on the countertop. “YUCK!” That is neither here nor there no one cares what time you woke up people want empathy and an apology. He was rude disrespectful and refused to give his name. I called the corporate office and I am awaiting to hear from the district manager. He should not serve customers in addition he do not exalt leadership qualities at all! 11/30/2023 was my purchase date and the time was 4:59pm. I have felt so disrespected by this manager. I feel he had the worst customer service anyone could ever display. I was very kind I wish I would have saved the package but I returned it. In addition when I went back to receive my refund they was trying to cheat my out of my money. Smh! They could not add or subtract! Teachers thank you for your service! Some students are still lacking simple adding and subtracting. The cash register will tell you what to do!?

Always out of simple things like oatmilk and basic cups. Drinks are consistently nasty especially if you go on a weekend in the afternoon/evening

There we’re flies every where, dirty counters, ants on bakery items on display. Two people working only focusing on the drive thru. Gallons of milk on the counter not in refrigerator. Empty napkin holders. A complete mess! This is the worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life.

Drinks always come out good. But they need to stop hiring hood rats with attitudes at the drive through window. Ignore you when you talk to them at the window, think they are entitled to their job, hate actually working to get paid attitude… you all know what I mean..

Took my order, allowed me to pay with my card, AND THEN decided to inform me they didn’t have the sandwich or drink I ordered and couldn’t refund me. A lemonade stand run by actual monkeys would have better organization and service.

That Sunday morning first shift has terrible customer service. Anytime I go in there they literally do not speak to you. I thanked the young lady for my food and she looked at me and them walked away. A bunch of teenagers and early 20 somethings that clearly were not taught

Unfortunately from the time the Reisterstown location opened in the 21136 zip area, the service has been poor. It doesn't matter if you drive thru or walk in, it takes forever to get your order. They are not organized!

You will be in the drive thru line at minimum 30 minutes. This place is terrible. It has happened to me several times.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been been to in any state. From the minute they opened, the service has been awful. From the long lines at the drive thru moving at a snails pace, to running out of products to flat out disrespect by staff. Today I went there to redeem my birthday reward. The girl kept claiming she didn't see my birthday on my app which was as clear as day or use my license as proof. I will never go back to this location. In my opinion they should be shut down until someone in corporate can train the staff and managers on how to run their operation. If I could give zero stars I would!

0 stars is appropriate for the sandwich they gave me today. I ordered a Turkey pesto and they put the tiniest sliver of Turkey and had it sticking out the side as if they had stuff they sandwich only for me to open it and see no meat on the rest of the sandwich and 2-4 tiny pieces of red pepper. Just disrespectful for those prices. I will never come here again I am disgusted. And believe I will be coming TODAY for my money back.

Excellent friendly Starbucks to go. I loved the staff. It’s my second time here while visiting. Definitely worth coming in rather than drive thur if you have time.
