I spoke with Akeem. He got me a great quote. We discussed me calling him on Jul. 30 to finalize the transfer. I'd told him what I was told by my current agent regrading the company but renewing my current policy. When I called in Jul. 30I left a voice mail and I followed up with an email. I got a response back on 7/31 at noon to get my final quote, but they was not the case. The email stated that corporate would not renew. Why couldn't he find this out petite to 7/30 and tell me? I had 4 hours to find insurance on my car. I gave 3 stats because this should have been told to me much earlier by the agent.
