I stopped at the Owings mills post office since it was on my way home. After waiting 10 minutes, when I finally get to the counter, the worker tells me that she can only send out 1 of my 3 shipments. Apparently, they had “ran out of tape” and couldn’t tape up my box and the other shipping label was too big. I left and went directly to Ship & Copy. They taped up my box and resized my shipping label immediately. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. They are always so friendly and quick. I’m glad I found this gem.. you will not be disappointed.

Went to get a passport photo today and had a really great experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and very personable. They took a great passport photo too!

Visted today and found out Joe has retired as the place looked different. I enjoyed the services that Joe provided from notary, shipping, key cutting and printing services. This was my go to place, sorry I wasn't able to see Joe before he sold the business. Wish him all the best.

I went to ship and copy to mail a package to Sweden on 11/07/23. There was a younger gentleman who helped me first and was very pleasant. He weighed my package and informed me about the price. He handed me some forms that I had to complete. I stepped to the side to complete the forms. When I completed the forms the younger gentleman was busy assisting another client but he still noticed and acknowledged me. I was called to the counter by an older man to finish. It all went down hill from there. The older man was very unpleasant and rude. He proceeded to question what was in the box and I told him that it was cosmetics. He then proceeded to argue that my package was heavier than what was listed by his own scale. My package had been; weighed measured, and priced by them but some how he want to argue with me about it. Then he wanted me to declare the value of my items at a much higher value than they were worth. I told him no and that the value of my items was not his business. After a ugly look from the man, I paid and left my package with them. On 11/8/23 I received a call from the older man he called to come and collect my package. When I arrived the older unpleasant man brought out my package and IT WAS OPENED. He had opened my package after I left it with him. It seems like he tried to open it in a way I wouldn't notice and then he gave up and just ripped it open. He stated- It is his RIGHT to open my package. He told me I wasn't “allowed” to ship these cosmetic products. He is incorrect but I didn't argue I took my box and left. This means that this was not the first time doing this. This older man is nasty and condescending. Through my interaction I felt he has prejudices toward a certain group of people… I will be filing official complaints through proper channels and seeking legal council. DO NOT TRUST THIS OLDER MAN.

I just absolutely Loveeee this store! The customer service is PHENOMENAL! I REPEAT PHENOMENAL! You can get everything done here, send mail , mail packages and even drop off used books! I went there today so they could return a pair of shoes from Spain. Started out with the son ( really friendly) helping me.He put my shoe and shipping box on the scale. Of course the computer started having issues. Five -ten minutes later the older male comes out and starts fumbling with the computer. I open my box checking that there's nothing missing and he places the shipping box back over my shoe box and rudely says "don't touch the box while I weighing it!" I respond saying, "IDK what you're doing with the computer, I'm just checking my box." I was actually pretty shocked that he was so rude and decided it's best that I just leave. I pickup my box and while walking out hear him rudely saying, " how about you come back when you have time to wait because computers act up sometimes!"This is my 2nd time patronizing them. First time was for a Notary. Came back because the younger male was really cool and welcoming. This is my first interaction with the older male.I actually sat in my car a few minutes afterwards wondering why he felt so comfortable being condescending and dismissive infront of other customers.

This is the only place I’ll do my shipping and or getting stamps and mailing letters. Honestly, Joe is the real reason I come. It’s been wonderful over the years with him working. I thought he retired for a while, but then came back and we’re all so glad he did! He is just a sweetie. As long as Joe is there, I’ll be there. If you have any questions, I’ll go over it with you and tell you what he thinks is the best way if you’re shipping something. Best place in Reisterstown, Owings Mills to use.
