The technician was great but the office did not provide me with a correct estimate over the phone when I called to start the process. I asked if the windshield included mouldings and I specifically stated the side pieses and they said yes and quoted me a total price with taxes and fees of $419. I was fine with that. When they arrived the tech said he did not have the side mouldings and they still charged me the $419. Fortunately I had the mouldings I ordered a week ago just in case this would happen. Since Safelite said included the mouldings I said great I can send my order back. So, not only thsy did'nt adjust the price it put me in a position I could'nt return the mouldings. Very dissatisfied with office . Poor communication, lackof attention

I don’t know where the ball is being dropped but there are serious issues with communication between the manufacturer and SafeLite. All they can ever tell me is the part is “en route” which has been the same response for last 18 days I’ve been without a car. I am deeply saddened and disappointed by the lack of effort to ensure I am in the loop with where my windshield (OEM) part is. I am tired of the generic answers and would really appreciate some clarity on what is going on.

The technician Jake was very professional and efficient with replacing the windshield on my truck. Walked me through the whole process step by step and left my truck spotless upon his departure. Couldn’t recommend more!

After canceling my appointment the first time I rescheduled. The Second time I confirmed the day before and was told the appointment for today at noon would be fine. I showed at 11:15. And was told I. Missed my appointment. They wouldn’t do today and told me I had to reschedule. The service person was overwhelmed and the manager was no where to be found. A tech was extremely rude and I left. We will not be going back there.

Easy as pie! Set up appointment online and my tech (Sean was awesome by the way) came out on time and completed the job very quickly. Very happy!

I wish I could give 0 stars. They cut the wire for my remote start on my truck and it I was glued into the window when the new one was installed. I was told that they do not repair damage to the vehicle because of policy. They would remove the window again and remove the wire from the epoxy but would not pay to have the wire replaced. I was told that having a after market remote start wire running up the A pillar and tucked in the head liner isn't something they look out for.I don't understand why that question wasn't asked to begin with. If that was a problem, unplugging the wire and setting it aside would have been very easy to do. Hopefully they make that part of the questioning before hand in the future.I should have read all the other reviews before doing business with them.Also the new antenna wire was $10 plus install. I can't imagine labor would have been that much.I will say they were polite and on time with the appointment and the job was done in a timely manner.

I'm going to have to go against the majority on this one. I had a great experience from setting up the appointment, to confirming the appointment, the drop off was quick and easy and pickup was easy and quick. Darryl the technician did a great job and was very personable. We told him he did a great job and was so humble about it.Checkout was easy. She had my paperwork ready and I was in an out fairly quickly.The windshield looks great and they even made sure to replace my oil change sticker and they put my phone holder in the car that was affixed to the busted windshield.I would totally recommend and I will most definitely go back!

BOTCHED INSTALLATION - NO OFFER TO REMEDIATE
I’m writing at 4:40pm on a Tuesday. They’re supposed to be open until 5. I came back here to speak with a manager but apparently they closed early.
Was here nine months ago for a standard cracked windshield replacement on a Tundra. I was the last appointment (lesson learned, don’t do that again).
1. Installers cut the microphone for my aftermarket CarPlay radio, it was installed under the driver side A-pillar. Said it was my fault for not having it installed better. I lived with the issue until now, since I’m back in the area.
2. Excess glue left all over interior after they replaced.
3. Exterior windshield combing not installed properly. Is hanging loose.
They were rushing to leave that day and I’m still paying for the rushed job.
Would really appreciate it if someone responds with a solution since nobody is here at published working hours.
