This is not the first time we have been served food like this from this store. I don't know if they felt that they could get away with this, being that they were serving this to an "elderly gentleman, " but please take a look at these pictures, and see what they placed in a box for $13.95. (CSH: 0034005/Bailey, TRANS:5927 /8/10/2024, 3:38:52/ Site: ROYAL FARMS 034 ) He ordered 5 drum sticks, and fries, and they charged him $18.69 for these rancid items! I just don't know how these people can sleep at night! We are committed to never, ever, come near this store ever again!

Stopped in to refuel. Very clean, well maintained pumps. The lot was clean, clutter free and well lit.

Everything was good Fresh chicken and fries customer service was good. Coming from a royal farm near my house 11510 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117 where customer services are bad and no fresh chicken and fries at midnight. This store is a plus for me

I can always count on this location to have hot fresh chicken unlike other locations. This location is clean and the staff are always nice to me and my family every time we visit.

Just wanted to give a major shout out and a huge thank you to John, April and the night time crew. You guys are awesome and always go above and beyond to help the customers that come in the store!!! My husband was sooo impressed that you were able to get his $100 bill that got stuck in the machine back to him so quickly. He didn't think anyone would go out of their way to fix the issue but y'all came through for him quickly and with a smile on your face. Thank you tons for being such amazing people and showing us that there are still good people willing to do their job even when it may take a little extra time we appreciate you.

It's filthy. Whoever owns this location doesn't put any of the considerable money they must make from gas sales alone, into maintaining the store. It wasn't always that way. The store used to be pretty nice, but that's been years and years ago. I've lived in the area since the store was built, and used to buy coffee and occassionaly food at this location. I stopped buying coffee here years ago, after having purchased multiple cups that tasted terrible. At first I thought the cream had turned, so I was careful to check the cream when I got the next couple cups, but they still tasted horrible. I hate to think about what might be swimming in the coffee makers to produce coffee that tastes so foul. I still stop in here, as it's the closest and most convenient place to get gas, and will occassionaly go in to get cash, or a bottle of water. It gets more disgustingly filthy every time I'm there. I will go out of my way to go to the inconveniently located WAWA when I have the time, that's how gross this place has become. The condition of the store tells me the owner cares nothing for customers, employees, nor for the Royal Farms' brand.
