Terrible customer service and your perceptions a rip off from the insurance companies. Walgreens is very slow in responding to customer calls and they take almost two-four days to fill the prescription. The same perceptions in Texas at my grocery store cost $12 for all of them š¤ØNot to mention that Walgreens lost my order the first day.

Pharmacy is the worst ! Rude girl in head scarf who was about to charge me $100 for a prescription that was free because my son has insurance ⦠she put the wrong numbers in after repeating it 3x .. she was very smug and nonchalant .. I called another Walgreens location and they told me she put in the wrong medical ID #.. when I informed her she was smug , nonchalant and didnāt care . My baby has a flu of 102 degrees and ppl want to play games with ppls prescriptions.. she needs to be fired . And a manager needs to take over the pharmacy and do their JOB! Yāall playing with ppls medicine not cool at all!

Worst pharmacy ever they do not try to help you they at lazy and they are to busy trying to get off work rather than getting assisting people. I moved my prescriptions here because it was closer to my home but it was the worse choice I ever made. Going back to CVS where I am treated like I am human.

Iāve had an extremely disappointing experience with this pharmacyās staff. They are unhelpful, inattentive, and have a terrible attitude toward customers. After waiting on hold for 28 minutes, I was finally next in lineāonly to be abruptly disconnected because they decided to take their lunch break. No courtesy, no communication, just complete disregard for the customerās time. This level of service is unacceptable, and Iāll be taking my business elewhere.

Worst pharmacy and store for ever reaching on the phone! Spent an hour between 2 calls and both times disconnected by their system. Cannot get their app or website to pick delivery and can't reach anyone at the store.

Just had a very unpleasant experience in this Walgreens. Why is the customer service so terrible? Is training not provided? I almost accept poor service form young people but the older employees, in managerial type roles need to do better immediately or be let go. If you donāt want to work in customer facing roles then donāt.

I arrived at the pharmacy Reisterstown at 10:45 am on Sunday, January 5th. I asked a girl with braids in her dark hair if she had come to pick up an order from last night and she got upset and told me she didn't want to help me and she sent me to the pharmacy telling me that they would deliver my order there. I went to the place and the boy told me that they don't deliver those orders. Then the woman with braids came back with a bad temper to ask my name and very reluctantly went to get the order because it wasn't ready yet. Then she brought it and gave it to me without saying goodbye and very upset. When I left the pharmacy I checked the order and realized that one of the products was expired so I went back to have it changed and I looked for the same girl and when I spoke to her she didn't answer me and completely ignored me. To which I asked her why she didn't want to help me and she just made a bad face. Then she asked me why this company hires these people. I'd rather go to another pharmacy and I will never recommend Walgreens again.

The worst drive thru ever. I sat there for over 45 min- I ended up leaving. I had a toddler screaming in the back so I was unable to go inside. Than to make it even more inconvenient, they only had a few of my daughters medicine which was āorderedā. We waited 4 days for them to order her medicine than when it comes they didnāt have all the pills! Just a complete mess.

Worst pharmacy ever. I doesnāt even deserve a star. My doctor sent in a prescription for insulin for a total of 10 vials. I called and explained was told that the prescription states that itās for 1 vial in total. Upon checking the Walgreens app I see that the prescription is correct, itās states that itās for a total of 10 vials. I proceeded to call again multiple times and my call would be picked up and disconnected. I decided to head over and upon checking in, the pharmacist proceeded to yell to the cashier that she had already talked to me. What kind of service is that?!? She was treating me like garbage when I was trying to get clarity on my prescription. If the prescription clearly stated a quantity of 10, why are you giving me one. Iām 6 months pregnant and the last thing I want is to have someone give me an attitude when all I want is to understand why I am being treated so rudely and trying to understand howās sheās reading my prescription.
A pharmacist needs to be kind and professional, what I saw today was unacceptable. Definitely do not go to this pharmacy.
