This is the most wicked and crooked business I have ever seen in my life. They appear to be professional, but that is all fake and false. I took my 2013 Porsche Panamera TwinTurbo to Ralph’s auto service to be repaired and they took my car apart by removing the engine and transmission to see what the problem was and it was bad turbos. my Porsche Panamera came with a warranty and this was my second visit. I had my car To get some repairs done about four months prior for some warranty work and the warranty took care of the problem, bad AC compressor. The warranty company authorize the repairs to be done and a turbo had to be removed from the car So that the claim adjuster could visually see they were bad. After the claims adjuster validated, the turbo were bad. The warranty company approved the repairs for 12,000+ dollars. After the warranty company approved the repairs Ralph’s auto service refused to do any work on the car push the car in a corner of there shop and refused to do the work on my car. I went to the shop with a tow truck to pick my car up And there it was in pieces parts were in the trunk and in the backseat of the car. I sent a certified letter asking to release my Car if they was not going to do the work that the warranty company had approved and gave them the Authorize. They never would respond To my emails, telephone calls and not even respond to my certified letter. After not doing the work to my car and not releasing my car to me, they applied for a mechanics lean an auction my car off as if they done the repairs to my car. I filed something at the court not knowing my car had already been sold Right from under me. After I left the court, I went by Ralph’s auto service to take a look at my car and pick up some personal belongings from the car only to find that they had put the car back on the left And replace the motor parts back in the car after they had got a mechanics line and sold it to a buyer. This work wasn’t done until after the fact that they got a mechanics Lean on the car and never done any work until after a buyer and Auction my car off. I still have payments on this vehicle and owe the bank a significant amount of money. Don’t trust this car dealership I don’t care how long you’ve been dealing with them if they get an opportunity they will do something illegal to try to take your car Or charge you some astronomical price. I am currently trying to hold them accountable for their actions and it’s called theft by fraud.

I purchased a 2001 Porsche 911 (996) Carrera Cabriolet in April 2023. While my car only had 19,350 miles on the odometer, I had Ralph's Automotive Service complete a comprehensive maintenance workup on the vehicle. I was impressed most by their thoroughness and transparency throughout the entire process. They offered to have me visit their shop to inspect the worn parts and give authorization before proceeding. They also performed an IMS bearing retrofit, replaced the rear main seal, and installed a new clutch. Since these three services were completed in the same area of the engine they were able to consolidate the labor hours to save me considerable expense. I find the ownership, management, and staff to be highly ethical and professional and strongly recommend them to work on your Porsche. Many thanks to the Ralph's Automotive team for their diligence and hard work breathing new life into my dream car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I wish I had taken the negative reviews more seriously. Unauthorized work and then "broken" credit card readers is the name of the game here.Services: Car waxing

Took my car there earlier this year to get the suspension replaced with OEM strut/springs and bushing. They had my car on the lift, I was looking through the window and they didn't even look at anything. I was told they would call me back with an estimate... 7 months later I have not heard from them. Would not recommend.

I got my 05 Boxster S in 2018 and Ralph's Auto Service is my car's physician. It has gone there for the pre-purchase inspection (great condition), valve cover seal, clutch, shifter cables. They do good work at fair price. One of my shifter cables failed and I was near Porsche Silver Spring (Tischer), so I had my Boxster towed there, but I was not happy with them because they overestimated the parts, labor, and made me wait for an unnecessary part order from Germany. That was my opportunity to reevaluate and I towed my Boxster back to Ralph's. Russ got it done in a few days and delivered the car to me. Thank you, Chuck! I will not make that mistake, again.

Very unprofessional. No communication with thier customers.Deceitful.Liars.Find somewhere else to get your Porsche serviced.Dealership actually charges less for labor! If you are looking for free storage, go see them. They will store your car indoors for months and never work on it!Just be aware, if you attempt to get your vehicle back they will threaten you with trespassing charges!
