Totally ridiculous that this store perpetually, closes on the whim when they feel like it, lack customer service and friendliness. A sign on the door stating be back in a half hour, when no indication when you left is absurd. This is not the 1st time either. They cannot be racking in the sales at this location.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location the other day to return items purchased online. Upon entering the store, I received a warm welcome from a courteous Associate. The Associate directed me to the Store Manager, who was extremely helpful and professional. Surprisingly, I could freely peruse the aisles without fighting the clothes racks for space, compared to other Rainbow Shops. The store was neat and organized and had a great selection. This store is one of the best Rainbow Shops I've visited in years. Keep up the great work!

At one point you could find a nice shirt for work or on a date but now the best clothes are plain colored shirts.

Seriously wish they'd think about changing to no advertisements for their Muzak- I don't need to hear about cancer or cancer treatment centers while I'm shopping.

The prices are perfect. The quality is debatable on some, but they've got cute clothes and shoes at great prices. P.S. This is where you'd go to pick up all of your gift giving items for all the folks on your list who love ? ?? cool clothes.

Very very rude staff. I went to checkout, and was waiting for about five minutes to get checked out while the cashier stood right in front of me having a conversation with another employee about someone lady refusing to give her money back about a purchase she made from a company. After about three minutes i interrupted and said “excuse me mam, I would like to check out” and she rudely said “don’t you see me talking”. After she got done talking, she came to check me out. I asked before purchasing if the clothes are returnable before I brought them and she said yes. I purchased the clothes and went home to try them on because the fitting is closed. They didn’t fit. I then decided to dry to a different location to return because I didn’t want to deal with the rude employees and I learned that I was not able to return the clothing due to them being intimate shorts. The employee lied, and was very unprofessional at this location. Very ghetto.
