“The people here are great. I needed a rush order of programs for my mother's funeral, and I was quoted quickly at a reasonable price, and they got the project finished in essentially half a day. It looked amazing, unfortunately we figured out after printing that I hadn't numbered the pages for them correctly. Instead of pointing the finger and making me feel like an a**, they just got to work fixing it, without extra charge, and printed an extra 100 for me all by the next day. The manager/owner (not sure) gave me a funny but thoughtful talk about appreciating the time I had with my mother and sent me on my way. I felt really valued as a customer. They were excellent. The quality of the product also exceeded my expectations. I don't live in VA anymore, so I probably won't need their services again, but I recommend them to anyone who does. These people take pride in their work.”

I had a customer service representative named Anthony not only was he very curtious knowledgeable and fast and efficient but he was very quick and knew what he was doing. I am a person that feels that people always complain about customer service but they will not take the time to let a company know how great of an employee they have and in my opinion do everything you can to keep Anthony it was a pleasure to have a young man be so incredible.”

“This place is a bit hard to find if you do not know that it is inside of Walmart. The Walmart entrance with the word market overtop the door is the closest entrance to get to Fedex. If you go in this door make a right turn before the cash registers and it will be there on the right.”
“I don't know where the owner finds his employees. They are polite, hard-working, efficient, friendly, and know what they are doing. How many other retail operations compare, especially today? I visit this business several times a week to ship packages, even if FedX is slightly cheaper, simply because of the level of service.”

“Stopped in to complete my TSA Precheck. The process itself is super easy and pretty quick. The employee there was a little less impressive. I dont know if he spoke too fast or mumbled, but I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. He did not get the hint no matter how many times I asked him to repeat. He also seemed very very into whatever he was doing on his phone.”
“I've used this specific FedEx many times in the past and have always had a positive experience. The staff are helpful and friendly, and and my trips there are always fast. I know there are bad reviews here and while I can't speak to any other services, I've personally only had good experiences when it came to shipping and receiving packages.”

“I had a rush situation and needed 12 shirts. I also needed the design created from a scanned image. This was a Monday, they were ready by Wednesday. The level of service and communication I received was excellent. The quality of the project was beyond my expectations. Support your local small business, it matters.
