Spoke to a nice woman Amanda at initial contact about my vehicle towed to their lot after accident. She informed me on next steps before retrieving my things. My insurance cleared me and I then went and spoke to a Kimberly. This lady was so daggum down to Earth. She had 2 cute pooches too assisting her. After experiencing turmoil it felt good to have someone just spend a moment in lifting my spirits and just being able to laugh. Great experience, thanks Kimberly you are such a hoot! ?

DO NOT USE PIKESVILLE AUTO AND TOWINGI would have given them 1 star but did not have the option.They are a terrible business. They should be ashamed of themselves. They towed my motorcycle after an accident. I did not know where it was when I got out of the hospital and was never notified by them. When I did find it they wanted $766.00 to get it out. The towing fee which is fine and then $35.00 a day for storage fees plus the money I had to pay for UBER to get to work and back the whole time I was looking for the bike.I did not know they towed my bike until the police told me where it was after reporting it stolen and they would not work with me on the fees. A motorcycle is a third of the size of a car and should not have the same rates to store. That would be $900.00 a month at $35.00 a day which is more than my apartment.They had my VIN number so could have easily looked it up to get my contact info to let me know it was there.As far as I am concerned Dansicker STOLE my motorcycle and then charged me to pick it up. I have free towing through BMW and my insurance yet somehow they got my bike.DO NOT USE PIKESVILLE AUTO AND TOWING
